BTG@bridgethegapreactions when are you going to do another Kelly Clarkson reaction? It's been a long time, please do a reaction of her entire album and the new song out with James Arthur called From the Jump 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Can you please react on I didn't my own strength from the Oprah Winfrey show. I was really perfect and heart breaking. Lot's off love from the Netherlands ❤
@@jamieconiam760Being known as The Voice had to be a heavy burden for her to carry especially when her voice wasn't what it once was. She went out there and sang anyway.
Her voice on her last album still sounds better than 99% of singers we have today. I'm a music lover and listen tons of other artists, but the runs she does with her voice are insane RIP beautiful Whitney ❤
You can still hear that tone she used to have come out throughout the song. I personally loved her 2009 voice definitely can hear she’s been through many pains.
Her Curtain of this Earth 'play' was drawing close... and her Soul knew it...was a good bye song to us ALL...her Soul picked a really outstanding life... She was always a Star...through life and even her exit was extraordinary... Love her totally.
Whitney insisted on singing 20 takes of this to get it right. It was an important song for her. R. Kelly sang a beautiful version at her funeral. (He wrote it for her)
@@gerardquinn6637 Jesus loves even those whose behavior is bad. It is a beautiful song that has helped lift many people who were about to give up on life.
My favorite song 😊by her ❤after she passed this hit so much harder 😪 😫 but i always had a feeling just like Michael they would leave us unwillingly 😢😢😮❤rip whitney 🙏 💔
My Favorite Singer. Her talent was/is the kind that only God can bestow. I truly believe that. As evidenced by this song Speaking to God through her Music. She is missed. How does a Person that you have never met bring you Joy. Not only through the Years, but through the Decades. How I wish I could hear her Sing again.
A Beautiful Song. A Beautiful Woman. A Stunningly Beautiful Voice. This is actually when the term G.O.A.T. applies. In my Mind, one of the Greatest Singers/Stylists the 21st has seen. Or will see...Unless...? We should all be so Lucky. Whitney Houston has given me and countless others great Joy literally over the Decades. That is something very very Special.
Hey...ive been loving watching your videos (working my eay through them). Me im a massive Madonna fan, but my best friend for 35 years is with Whitney! This song is i raw and ur explanation is perfect! And ill i will be sharing with him. ... Top tip Whitney Houston live. Didn't we almost have it all. ..... insane to any fan of any artist. Look forward to see ur review ❤
All due respect. Not gone. Still there. More Importantly...her voice was different and changed because She was different and changed. For someone that Singing was as Important as Breath. She remained True to Herself allowing her voice to crack on those Beautiful High Notes. Those Easily could been removed. So glad they were not. As it happens her last Album (when some like yourself feels disappointed by her voice) contains 2 of my very Favorite songs by Whitney. "I Look to You" and "Million Dollar Bill". Stunning Vocals on Both.
It's so nice to see you on UA-cam I got mad at you the other day because you said you were on patreon for the money but without UA-cam you wouldn't have a patreon. I'm disabled and I have a very low income and something as simple as patreon as not something I can afford and I miss seeing you every week these are the kind of reviews that I love.
Love the way you react to Whitney's video. You give an honest, true interpretation . You are really good in all your reactions. I don't know if you already reacted to all the songs on this album. But " I Didn't Know My Own Strength " will also break your heart. I am not on Patreon, so I don't get to see all your reviews.
I always get extremely moved by this, so poignant. So, R Kelly wrote this for her understanding where she was and she was brave to do it. It also turns out he had been trying to work with her for years but there was gatekeeping going on. They would have been fabulous together, her singing (esp with gospel background and his life themed/motivational type songs (he wrote 'I believe I Can Fly') would have been massive hits... A moving version of this is her doing this with her friend Pastor Kim Burrell on stage at a church, you can see the embrace of the church audience
I would almost tell you to skip reviewing Whitney live performances post 2004. It’s absolutely painful to watch and hear. Whitney had to leave bc she had nothing left to give this life.

She was saying bye to her fans and opening her arms to the love of GOD
No she wasn’t. She had so many plans. She wasn’t planning on dying in her 40s
I've heard a lot of criticism about her voice during this time--I personally love it--the realness and a bit raw. Thanks for reviewing.
I saw her in London on this tour and she was slated. She was magnificent. It was all hate. Of course she didn’t sing like she did when she was 20.

It's just the miserable common masses...how somehow would think Whitney's voice wasn't going to age with the rest of her, just like theirs has, lol.

I cry every time I hear this song. RIP Whitney

I just sob everytime I hear this song. Her death really affected me, which is bizarre for someone I never knew. ❤
She sang a devotional song at the beginning of her career and one at the end. RIP Nippy

Maybe she was saying bye to the drugs and hello to GOD to put her trust in in him…..❤❤❤❤❤❤
Whitney absolutely one of a kind💜
Watching you get emotional about it gets me emotional about it again. ❤

Watch her perform this with Kim Burrell at the Celebration of Gospel 2011. Her final TV performance. Incredible!
I think she was the very best. I also love Celine.

2 great woman singers whitney and cece. They were friends & the only 2 women that make me cry when they sing 🙏😪💕
It's the only song of her that I always listen too
Whitney still stands strong in us who listen and enjoy her music ❤

The beauty of Whitney is she always sounded better live. The studio dampened her creativity.
It doesn’t sound like Whitney! Her voice sounds as if it’s burnt! And no way could she hit those high notes. I’m happy she’s happy and free now… ❤

Disrespectful, she still sounds better than 99% of artists on this last album.
@@Eden-dm3lf I'm sorry but it's far from disrespectful....watching her in the last 20 years was like watching a car crash.....sad but true
@@ppzavthere were many great performances in her final years if you look for them, I Look To You in nottingham was a killer performance.
