Steve Gamache (AKA ChefKnivesTogo) has youtube videos which are great references on how to say these words. You can just search the following videos for easy reference. Anryu Hammered Blue #2 Gyuto 210mm Quick Look Kajihara Kurouchi Nakiri 165 Quick Look Kohetsu VG 5 Tsuchime Gyuto 210mm Quick Look It should be easy once you hear it👍 The only tricky one might be "Ku ro uchi", which is actually 4 syllables (it sounds like you're saying it with 3) Ro is like Rome Uchi is like Gucci without the G If you're curious, there are a bunch of YT videos on how to say Japanese vowels, and there are only 5 (A E I O U) so it's really easy. As a rule of thumb, Japanese vowels are pronounced just like Spanish vowels if that helps.
