It's crazy how far stock exhausts have come on BMWs! From having almost 0 noise in the e36 M3 stock exhaust to actually having an exhaust note and pops/bang on the new M's haha

You absolutely made the right decision, well done! You'll love the way the N55 sounds once you get that exhaust flowing (I recommend Fabspeed, their exhaust delete sounds and looks incredible, I have it on my m235i). That's my problem with the S55 and B58, they just don't sound anywhere near as good no matter what you do to 'em. I'm looking to get into a similar spec (in black) M2 as you. Congrats!
The Competition is a better car but the sound alone will make me buy the original M2 over the Comp. It's rare for BMW to make a half decent sounding car.

I also am driving an Alpine White F87 M2. Incredible car! I put a CF rear deck spoiler on, CF mirror caps and changed the red reflectors in the back to black. I also changed the reflectors in front of the wheels to body color. Enjoy it.

Pp-wrap then ceramic. Ppf should always be applied straight to paint.
