I personally think that when they start looking rough, that's when they look the best because they look the most authentic. I have had so many loc'ed dudes stopping me, telling me how beautiful my locs are, and asking how long I have been budding.
And I'm like, uhhhhh......a month? Lol.

Trust me it’s not only you, this brand of hair gets rough looking and catchy within the first week. It starts looking dry shortly after installation. This hair was also VERY heavy on my head. I only used 5 1/2 packs, instead of 7, or 8 because my hair is thick and long. I will be trying a different brand of hair if I do these again.

@@jeanine7411able yes so I’m unraveling my faux locs today and it doesn’t seem that the stylist tied the braid in a knot, however I can tell she twisted multiple strands of hair together creating different twisting patterns.
