It has been theorycrafted for ages but with how slow and expensive it is to get raw swamp paste, its cheaper to buy bonds for keys to spin cooking xp. Even wines are sometimes expensive enough for it to be worth to buy bonds for cooking bonus. As far as tick manip goes, you can also do scatterbury+craft+fletch+spell spam(magic/necro) or any combination of those while 3tick cooking for surprisingly low increase in apm
GP and bonds vs skilling is one of my favorite comparisons for efficiency planning. I remember a period where you could use bonds to get about 10gp/xp rates, so it was actually more efficient to kill telos and spin with bonds than actually train most skills. Obviously with 100m bonds that equation has changed a little, but for a method like this it's definitely important to consider. It's still a really cool one to showcase though!
