Only connect power to ignition switch and key1 they should be yellow and red pin A3 and pin A7 should be the only cables getting 12v tape and cap any exposed leads
Mine used to work but now no volume and I can't turn it off. Reset button does nothing. It seems to be operating on the constant power connection (clock power) as it doesn't turn off with key any more.
Well, sadly no. And the seller deleted their account. But Ebay gave me a refund. So I bought another one from another seller lol. And the screen died within weeks. I just memorized what buttons to press on the remote to get to blue tooth and left it in the car like that. It sounded pretty good. Hahaha.
I've been dicking around with this one for days. It's hard to find reliable info on this one so I'll share a few things I've learned so far: -These were designed to be dirt cheap and for use with low strength/stock systems, in other words, they're easy to fry and are prone to having malfunctioning parts as well as the software/firmware -When flashing the firmware, make sure you use the right firmware the FIRST time to avoid completely bricking the unit. -These often develop loose electrical connections. When you look for these, check more than just the wires. -These are from China. Their 'Universal' is not always our 'Universal'. Make sure ALL the head unit specs match your car.

Yeah I got one worked for a week powers on. No sound then it cycles off and on over and over straight bs
Cut all wire on A connector except black (-) red (+) and yellow.

I did that and all I have now is the logo then it goes white with a red + and if you touch it, it jumps to the the opposite corner??

Ya, by getting your money back? Tripple check that you have all your wiring right buy function, not color. IDK
