I have the deep blue myself,so far so good,I got mine at 50 % of $1795 retail , and I think I did pretty darn well, in my opinion.. I can't wait to get either of the other two colors after a year of this coming out ,I think these Zodiacs definitely are underrated....all 3 variations colors are spot on for the price.....thanks again for reviewing this incredible pieces. All the way from St. George Utah, Viva watch making...
I got to try these on at Windup Chicago and really liked them. They were very comfortable on wrist and fun. The COSC certification is a very nice touch that I appreciate. I also like that there is some depth to the lumed indices. Strong lume is important to me, especially in a dive watch. I prefer the blue, but the orange is also appealing.
Really fun watch. I really like the super sea wolf line but this one reminds me too much of those ICE fashion watches. The gunmetal ceramic was really cool but in white it just looks a little cheap.
They look awesome. Zodiacs tend to be out of my price range though. I like all of those colours. The mint and orange is my favourite but I'd be happy with any of those.
Once had a Zodiac SSW for about 3 months… sent it back to Hodinkee for service. Waited several weeks after nothing but radio silence and asked for an update and they lost it. Was sent a replacement, after two weeks it would no longer wind or even tell the time. Had to send that one back too. Eventually they gave me a refund via store credit but it took awhile. Unfortunately, I’ve stayed away from Zodiac ever since then.
Thanks, I don't see your point of the lack of value though. COSC certified. Good lume and bezel action. Sharp details. Versatile size. Not to mention the use of ceramics. Design inspriation going back decades. Many brands would charge well north of 1800.
@@BruceWilliamsIn today's market they seem reasonably priced . Having said this few brands offer true value at almost any price point 2023 . Can't wait for the crash.
Some observations from me. The blue watch the extremely dark blue dial was a mistake. A sky blue dial to match the strap would have been perfect - why did Zodiac not see that? The orange watch is great except for the fact that the markers are difficult to tell apart from the dial - the colours seem to merge. The green dial seems the more colour balanced of all the three watches but the blue wins for legibility. I share the common view that the price is excessive, like for all Zodiacs. Zodiac is a bit like Shinola in pushing prices excessively high. I would look for at least 25% off before biting the bullet on any of these watches.

Awesome summer watches.
Great looking summer watches. Orange looks like the winner.
Watermelon for sureeee. So cool!

Nice! I'm with you on the dimensionality of the lume. It makes a difference
@@BruceWilliams Where do you get the polishing cloth with the Zodiac Sea Wolf ??????
Cool summer watches, I probably couldn't pull it off but interesting models nevertheless.
I really like all three of them!! 😅

They have a fun vibe like Swatches and you want to collect them all. I’d like to see them in person.

Thanks Bruce My zodiac (ultramarine dream model) has horrid lume, how do these compare with a prospex? My crown in steel also isn’t great
Blue!
I like the orange 🍊

I’m not sure if I like the green or the blue more but I really like it as a beach 🏖 piece and what not
Watermelon 🍉 summer ☀️

It is a hard choice, all are beaultiful 🇧🇷
Nice watches, good review. IMO too expensive for what they are

@@BruceWilliams Hmmm. Even non-COSC Zodiacs are priced high. I don't see why because this is a mid-range brand in my book, not a high-end luxury one.
to my eyes it looks plasticy
That's what makes it cool. If only it was $300 and not $1300...
Give me the orange.
Nice nice and nice

" It's a utah holiday.... it's kinda weird.." LOL Sorry BW, thats my take away from this one, lol. Great vid as always
Watermelon is not green and orange > cantaloupes are. An odd name for the color scheme. The closed case back is highly undesirable as always....
Fun pieces, but not something that calls my name.
I'd have to see in person but honestly, I'm not feeling these. I've owned Zodiac and appreciate the design language but... looks cheap..
Looks like shiny plastic to me, very cheap looking IMO.
Your loss haha

I have a regular watermelon, and also a slice of the good life. Pineapple! Just bought the orange one. Going to be a fun one!
