Eskrima: Mendoza's Dragon Sticks (variation 3 of 4-count siniwali) "Mirroring"

This video is of Guro Arnel Mendoza of "Dragon Sticks" showing the 3rd variation of the 4-count siniwali that we posted on March 9, May 11, & May 25, 2021. "Siniwali" means to weave and are double stick hitting patterns that build coordination with both the left and right side. The 3rd variation is a "mirroring" to the double stick 4-count.
Guro Arnel Mendoza is currently teaching at DDMMA on Wednesday's 6:30-7:30 PM.
