Eskrima: Mendoza's Dragon Sticks (variation 2 of 4-count siniwali) "Single Stick Defense"

This video is of Guro Arnel Mendoza of "Dragon Sticks" showing the 2nd variation of the 4-count siniwali that we posted on March 9 & May 11, 2021. "Siniwali" means to weave and are double stick hitting patterns that build coordination with both the left and right side. The 2nd variation is a "single stick" defense to the double stick 4-count.
Guro Arnel Mendoza is currently teaching at DDMMA on Wednesday's 6:30-7:30 PM.
