    I wish you could do a full type comparison. I think it's more helpful when multiple keys are typed in a real life sentence.

      Thanks for the feedback! I’m thinking of doing a full comparison, including a 1-2 minute typing test between them. Stay tuned! :)

    is there any difference between the gateron 2.0 and daisy - they have the exact same spec - also there are some errors in your description you have the gateron 2.0 brown listed twice and aren't browns tactile?

      Thanks, I noticed that after I uploaded the video. Assume that you are referring to Gateron 2.0 Red vs. Daisy. I haven't fully installed the Gateron Red but as for the Daisy switches, its travel distance is too short so I ended up with having a lot of mistypes.

    I bought this keyboard with the Aloe switches when I did not like them at all. They feel so dead and mushy. I tried the switches provided in the package and I decided I liked the Daisy best. Unfortunately I had to find out the most expensive way that I dont like the Aloe switch. I'm new to mechanical keyboards. They are all pretty n

      Thanks for the comment. I think the feeling that you’ve share is the characteristic of the low profile switch since it has less travel distance. Also try with wristeria as well i found myself it quite pleasant to type.

    How are the new swichtes doing in terms of scratchyness? The lowprofile browns v1 are veryyyy scratchy, even after lubing.

    • @hello_dot
      @hello_dot  Рік тому +1

      Although it seems a bit better than brown but Wisteria switch is also scratchy. I feel like linear switches (aloe and daisy) seems better in terms of scratchness.

      @@hello_dot Thanks for answering. Any significant difference between daisy an reds besides the spring weigt? Had lubed reds and I like them, but have to say that the sound of brown v1 after lubing is a lot better imo.

      @@giogio9854 I haven't used Gateron low-profile red switches yet so I am not sure how they differ. The material used might be different, which can cause a different sound profile. :)

    Just stumbled upon these keyboards. Can these be used for gaming and if so i wonder what would be best switches.

      Thanks for the comment. I wouldn't consider this as gaming keyboard, especially if you are playing FPS games. But this keyboard can do the job. If you are hardcore gamer, then I heard that Wooting keyboard is pretty nice in terms of input speed.

    안녕하세요 위스테리아랑 갈축 2.0이랑 비교하면 어떤지 설명해주실 수 있을까요?

    • @hello_dot
      @hello_dot  Рік тому

      안녕하세요. 갈축 2.0 스위치를 다 교체해서 써본게 아니긴 한데, 위스테리아가 조금 적축과 같은 느낌이 강해요 좀더 조용하게 걸리는 느낌이라고 보시면 비슷할듯 하네요. 약간의 스프링 소음이 있는데, 크게 거슬리진 않아요. 저는 개인적으로 만족하면서 쓰고 있습니다.

    Which switches you think is best for typing?

    • @hello_dot
      @hello_dot  Рік тому +5

      It can be personal but thing but I like wisteria and aloe the best. If you like typing on membrane keyboards like typical logitech keyboards or laptop keyboards then, linear(linear or aloe) might be good one for you but if you like typing on something clicky, then blue switches are good. Hope this helps to choose.

    • @hello_dot

      They are almost similar but wisteria has a slight bump when you press them. But sound-wise, it may sound very similar.

      @@hello_dot I keep hearing people mentioned slight bump, but I cant put my mind around how would that feel. Does bump mean like resistance or bounciness or is it just something that hard to press?

    • @hello_dot
      @hello_dot  Місяць тому

      @@dondon-jf6my Sorry for the late response. A tactile switch offers a slight resistance when you press the key. As you tap the switch, you’ll feel a noticeable bump, which provides feedback to let you know you’ve activated the key, rather than just pressing it without any indication.
