It's not just because you're so good at Photoshop, but also the satisfaction I feel every time you give instructions, which is why I always watch. Especially when you say, 'here's how you do it'-you're amazing, straight to the point, and relaxing.
Thank you once more! I've been using Photoshop for years, and every time I watch one of your tutorials, I discover new features and tips that I never knew existed. Your videos truly enhance my design skills
Thank you AGAIN! I've been using Photoshop since the late 1990's and each time I see one of your videos, I realize there's so much in Photoshop I really don't know!
EXCELLENT TIPS!!! There are so many adjustments and settings that a series of these could be very helpful - especially when setting up Photoshop... Many thanks!!!!
Haven’t had photoshop crashing while using the Beta for several years. It’s fairly stable. Nice tips. Also, flick panning is tremendously fast way of getting around, when you get used, it beats every other method.
You are a great instructor. I am 80 and need all the help I can get. I especially like the tool bar instruction for my poor eyes. I did not know I could enlare that section and have nbeen using PS since it was available.
A good tutorial after a long time from Unmesh. We are more interested in your tutorials that teach actual editing procedures rather than the AI / Generative Fill based ones. Artistic learning is more valuable than artificial intelligence.
What a great video that everyone can learn from. For the first time while subscribed I can add a tip; to freely move stuff around (like the text in your example) without have to turn snapping on and off, you can simply hold and release Ctrl on Windows or Command on OS
You're my mentor for more than 10 years now! I am a big fan and you're the reason to change my life and become a graphic designer! Totally respect you. From Egypt 🇪🇬 ❤️ 🙏
You are a great teacher. Quite a while ago you started working on a comprehensive Photoshop for beginners course and you didn’t get very far. Is that project dead?
Your videos have saved me so much time!!! Can you possibly make one about PSD thumbnails not showing up on a PC. There are many videos about this, but don't work or seem sketchy. I need a real solution!
I hope adobe pays you well. That program, more than most, occasionally makes my blood boil. I was having such massive problems with the selection tool the other day that I had to go back to version 25.9. That fixed it. But watching your videos with your incredibly chill vibe and aoothing voice makes me feel like I could even begin to tackle looking at the settings to see if that is the problem. It just would not select things in the way I was used to. No idea why an older version would solve it entirely but it did.
To avoid the "snapping" issue without using the drop down menu or its shortcut, simply hold the CTRL key while moving the text. This has the advantage of showing you where the snap would place the text, but allow you to ignore the guide if you prefer.
12:32 you dont have to use shortcuts to turn on/off snapping. it is useful most of the time and you can leave it on. and when you don't want it to snap you just simply press "cntrl" while dragging ( you can use "cntrl" when transforming too ) it means everything is under control :) thank me later, cheers
Hey could you make another video about generative filling and focus on the reference pictures ? It would be such a big help. I tried to use generative filling on the sclera of the eye to create a special texture but when I tried to create the same texture for the other eye, I did not know how to take the first example as a reference for the second filling. Would be so grateful if you could help me with that.
To add another layer of security you can block access from photoshop to the internet. That way even with the checkmark off you make sure other features cannot access it either.
Guessing it's been said before but you can also just hold down CTRL to temporarily bypass snapping (which is what I use a lot of the time as a solution) --Jason ✌🏻&❤
With regards to turning 'snap to' off it's much easier to temporarily disable it by holding the control key down ;~} It works in many instances across PS.

It's like learning all the things that would be in small print on page 100 of a manual - all in one video.
Fantastic job. Thank you. :)
EXCELLENT TIPS!!! There are so many adjustments and settings that a series of these could be very helpful - especially when setting up Photoshop... Many thanks!!!!
This man.... This man....
All I can say is thank you!!!
Bro saving so much money by providing free professional stuff 👀🔥
On the "Snap", I press and hold the "control" key while moving the layer instead of clicking off "snap". Im on a Mac btw.
One of the best videos I've seen in a long time. Thank you
Thank you for this very informative class. I went into PS and checked each setting. Fortunately, I had 'most' setup the way you suggested.
Best photoshop plug ever. Thanks for all you do

Thank goodness for people like you in our world
I had no idea most of those setting changes existed. Thank you so much!
I'm starting to use PS again after a 4 year break. Your videos have made this so much easier. Thank you
Great tips! Thank you!
I have been using Photoshop since the mid 90-ties ... and I found this video really useful!
Thank you Sir, your videos have been incredibly valuable throughout my career!
Thanks a lot. Really helpful . It helps to configure my PS settings.

It's ctrl on both OS
@@AzVfL Command is usually the macOS version of Ctrl, but I don't use Apple products so you could be right.

Great recommendations! I set all mine to match, should improve some frustrating areas!
Encyclopaedia Britannica of Photoshop 👍🏻
This is the video I have always dreamed of watching. Thank you bro ❤

I think this channel needs to start diversifying. I am actively seeking an Adobe alternative due to the severe and blatant T&C of Adobe.
Thank you very much for all your classes. I learn so much, :)
Excellent tutorial, had quite a few set but certainly altered the others, many thanks for sharing
yet another awesome video! tysm these helped so much.
Haha I caught that... "Of course I mean tools in Photoshop" 🤣

On point, as always! Thank you!
I wonder if you edit your UA-cam videos yourself and if you could create a tutorial for it someday 😊😊
Thank you for this ❤
Wow! Glad to know I already knew all of these. woah. 12 years of using the software.
...this man is on another level, dont know what else to say🤷🏼♂️!?
Thank you; this is so helpful. Have you done a similar video for lightroom?
Superb sir ❤
Love your videos sir 🔥
Excellent advice, thank you

Can you please do it for Illustrator as well? Love your work.
Love from Bangladesh
Thank you!
Great photoshop teacher..❤
GREAT VIDEO!!!!!!!
Thx for the helpful tips🙏🏻 only the ui size dont work for me. Photoshop is always in small fonds. No different what i change.
You answered questions that I've had for years!
very helpful
Spot-on tips.
Love this video. Although I cannot check the "automatically save recovery information every" box. Any idea why?
Big fan sir❤🎉
Sir make a detailed video on realistic highlights to the object.
192Gb of RAM haha
Only 8 gb here😢😢
It’s apple unified memory. But damn, I thought 64GB was enough for photoshop😂
So what figure is recommended: 16, 32 or 64???@@julianhugen8760
128 for my crazy butt.
@@julianhugen8760I have 64 and it still crashes sometimes 😂
Excellent advice, thank you 🙏

FYI - At 13:10 the command for SNAP is Crtl+Shift+Semi colon (Win) or Command+Shift+Semi colon (Mac)
I wish I have your hair and your haircut, so cool !
Which version of PS24 has this? I don't see the Product Improvement line in the preferences as you are. I love your videos!
Just came here to give a comment and a like. This guy, is THAT GUY!!! 😂🎉
thank you so much.
The greatest 🙏 not a single video posted by unmesh wasn't useful let it be Ai or Photoshop❤
Great tips! BTW, this is a semi-colon; it's not a colon (13:11).
You've got 200GB of Memory? Daaaaaamn!!! I only have 32GB (MacStudio M2 Max) and that's served as plenty for me.
I've got 16 gigs ram and trust me it didn't disappoint! And I've dealt with some seriously heavy projects
8Gb here 😢😢
@@BabaYaga-- that works for photoshop too....
MUY EXCELENTE! THANK YOU!😊
Great tutorial 🙂 - however I cant find product improvement in my preferences........................How can it be?
I have no idea about most of these things and I stayed till the end listening to your soothing voice
Why Do I have Memory envy?!...LOL excellent video!
Always great content !
Unmesh - I presume that you also know you can temporarily disable 'Snapping' by holding down the Ctrl key. Cheers!

flick panning was taking my sanity away, thanks

Wow, 191, 910 MB of memory! Your machine must be a beast!
It's a mac studio i believe.
You must got like 150GB RAM. That is crazy! Glad for you though, I know the feeling of finally having a gooood gadget.
I'm having a problem with this flick panning, but I don't know why and where to look it up because don't know what it is called. Thank you!
