Hi all, park 4&5 is outside MGG and no property id is available as per signature global. However, for registration of the units the rates of MCG covered areas are applied. Is it correct??

Do you forsee any issue in construction quality?
Construction quality is ok, finishing is not upto the mark you really need to run behind then to get this up to the mark. I would recommend not sign the possession paper unless you are fully satisfied with the finishing.

Thank you . It will be operational once govt. constructs the road this is what i am aware off. Hopefully it will be done soon.
How much time it will take to get a possesion in M4 to 231A park 4 Lane which is in construction.
After your last payment to signature. It. Will take 5 months. Example my last payment was in feb . Registry done in the month of April. Possession Mid July.
Is road construction started for original entry gate? Beside to commerical units.

good update. can you tell about situation of water, electricity,daily items(Milk, vegies) . how you are managing all as commercial not ready yet.
No issue with water supply but yes TDS is high. Electricity no challenge unless there is maintenance. Daily item there is a whatsapp group where you can order items and will be delivered.

I got it last year(July) and currently staying here. 18 mahine laga ghar milne me. I would suggest keep calling customer care for faster resolution.

@@atulaggarwal7925 once all your dues are clear contact signature office. They will give you the date when you can go for registry. They will try to buy time . But aap bhi pressure dalo unpe they will give you the slot.
