簡易版年糕改用片糖吧,用滾水煮溶,片糖水本身有香味,不必煮焦糖,非常健康,片糖未經過提煉,只是將蔗汁煮稠冷卻便成,以前農村都是自制片糖的。煮熟的年糕顏色是棕色而且非常油亮。

蒸的时间需要那么長嗎?一般一个多小时都熟了。
看糕体大小,小的30分钟就OK 了,大的蒸越久越香,由其是原味,如果条件允许,用炭火慢慢蒸个10个小时,根本不需要焦糖,它的颜色是可以去深褐色,漂亮到不要不要的👍🏻
