every time i play one of the drums a white noise/static sound plays
Have you tried changing buffer size to 1024?

Mine doesn't have any error messages, it just makes no sound at all no matter what I do. I tried your suggestion and even after reloading the plugin, I can't get any kits to play after loading. I don't have it muted or anything, because when I replace the plugin with another synth or something, everything is fine. Very strange.
Do you have an M1 (new computer)? Could be incompatible. LMK
@@_TheModernCreative Yes I do, but I was actually able to fix it. The default sample path was the main folder that had all the Modo Drum stuff in it, but when I directly set it to the MD Sample Content folder, it started loading the kits correctly :p

Mines have that and wen I get to selecting a set I keep getting a hissing sound along with the drum 6 sec apart
I think the hissing is not a software issue but perhaps a hardware issue. In other words, it could be a funky cable or something coming from your interface. The latency can be fixed inside of your settings. Bring the buffer size down to 256 or below. Hope that helps
I don't have this particular problem, but i have a preset manager problem, when you use arrows it goes always to first present. I would suggest to contact them for your issue, but about preset manager problem, they didn't solve it yet after more than 1 year i wrote them
Sorry about your issue. I’m surprised a reinstall did not resolve it.
My onl problem is that when I past a groove in my recording software the snare and the kick just desappear and Only hear de rest of the componentes... Why could it be? I use Studio One
If I had to guess you did not install everything correctly. Go ahead and reinstall. Can’t say for sure but it should fix it. I will definitely tell you that I have had issues with downloading IK multimedia products. Usually a fresh install does the job.. Hope that helps

Dunno if anyone's still watching this thread, but I've just installed modo, I have midi/audio output settings in the standalone, but not in the vst? Ik haven't got back to me and I can't find any solutions online, please help!
Try multi-output mode when selecting the plug-in. You on Logic Pro?
I have the problem on PC. IK doesn't help. I've looked for months online for a solution. Finally get it to work with the 1 drumset, when I download my other sets it crashes again. IK Manager has also never worked. Just does nothing when I click any download button. Then I have to end task just to get out of the application.
IK can def be sketchy in terms of performance.
I have problems playing back IKMultimedia's Modo Drum "Grooves" after dragging them into Nuendo. They don't sound the same. I map them and set the tempo, but it just doesn't work right. Some of the hits aren't registering and it just sounds wonky. I even tried turning mapping back off, but it's just garbage. The Grooves tab plays it great, but after dragging it into Nuendo, it's like the toms and kicks were abducted by kidnappers.
This has to do with the mapping. There is an old format that everyone used back in the 80s called GM standard and now certain companies don’t follow it. Best thing to do is to drag and drop it and then try and mix-and-match until you get the right pattern. Velocity settings should be the same so should not take that long to find the right drum for the right Midi event. I have never had this problem in logic pro.

My version of MODO DRUMS crashed my entire pc and messed up with my graphics card somehow. Screen turned to black when I was meddling with its midi notes, came back to a lower resolution and my eGPU was somehow not recognised by Windows anymore. Spent 2 days fixing it and tried it again and now it crashes my projects f*** this vst bro
I have had multiple issues with IK. Have you reached out to support?
@@_TheModernCreative I have reached out to nVidia support, and I'm still clueless as to what to do and what actually happened lmao, I'll try to write here if I manage to find a fix and the reason for these issues.

@@_TheModernCreative My bad, the issue precisely occurred when I was trying to load the MODO DRUMS plugin. Beforehand something I can't remember and explain happened and it was just my virtual memory settings. Changed it to automatic and everything seems to be fine now. Avoid CCleaner though I believe it deleted my settings from the windows registry. Since MODO DRUMS is kind of gpu intensive (drum animations and such) it first showed up while I was making beats. Or at least that's what I believe, not sure yet.
only problem is double triggering on floor toms on alesis surge. you hit floor tom it also triggers the crash cymbals..
Does this happen within the alesis hardware or Modo drums? I’m curious if it also happens on other drum kits. Can you try another kit?
that's an alesis problem. Look in the manual for a setting to cancel "crosstalk". That's the word for the problem you're having, crosstalk.
none of my drumsets are available. tried routing it to all different folders, and even complete uninstall/reinstall. getting ready to ask for a refund. its useless and is wasting my time. slow on email responses asking me stupid questions. they need to just tell me how to fix it. i have a lot of money in IK products. getting kinda nervous now.
Yea sorry. This seems to happen quite a bit. I am distancing myself from this company for those reasons as well. A simple reinstall should do it 😡Hope it gets resolved.
