Such a simple concept, but one that is so important. As I've gotten older I know the importance of these words, "be Useful". I truly believe without usefulness we waste away and die. But its especially true for the youth, if you don't get this concept early on, you're destined for a life of turmoil.
What your doing is just wonderful. Caring about People the State of Our Democracy Our Environment and Our Planet. Everyone needs to be useful and get involved and speak out. Everyone's Voice is important and it needs to be used to make Mankind and the State of Living People better. God bless you Arnold.

"Be Useful", that's the exact opposite of how I was feeling on the beginning of March, I had a seizure while sleeping, and I woke up felling terrible, with lot's of bad toughts over my mind, because in the months prior to it, my friends and my family needed my help in many ways, but I was useless to help them, so when I had the seizure, my first toughts were, why do I'm still alive if I can't help the ones I care for? Why do I still try to live if I can't do what I want to? Why do I keep liying to myself to to live an incomplete life? At that day, I had decided to just stop doing everything, not to end everything, but to just keep going with my life without doing anything that I like until it ends, living without living, but in a glimpse of light, I just decided to listen to music that whole day, organizing my toughts, by the end of that day, every bad tought was gone, and I decided that this is my life, my body, I'll do whatever I want to, no Epilepsy would stop me, this is my life, and nothing will never make wish to end it again

@@born7invincible I clearly understand his message, I was talking about feeling useless, because that was how I was feeling, and his book was about being useful to society, I just wanted to share how depression can make you feel useless because of thigs out of your control, in my case, Epilepsy, which was preventing me from being useful to others and even to myself, so what I was saying is, I won't allow Epilepsy to rule what I can or what I can't do, because I want to be useful, to be able to help those around me when they need it
