La restauracion ocluso proximal quedó con anatomia esplendida. Con todo respeto, una inquietud: retirar la cuña antes de finalizar restauración no genera sangrado? Saludos
Based from what I got at kriss ai, the longevity of a Class II restoration using G-aenial A'CHORD, a high-quality composite resin, can vary based on several factors, including the patient's oral hygiene, the skill of the dentist, and the location and size of the restoration. On average, composite resin restorations like G-aenial A'CHORD can last between 5 to 10 years.
Looks great but could be done much better without the flowable base; bonding to all the walls of the prep will cause significant shrinkage and unduly stress to the restoration upon curing. It is best practice to control and reduce c-factor by layering packable composite in an oblique fashion while focusing on bonding to 2 surfaces at a time rather than 4-5.
@@mbba6437 can we use normal plane gylcerine....and want to kw...once the filling is done...how oxygen can be removed...I mean it is fully packed.. and very beautifully done ..❤

Please what are the instruments?
Why you used glycerine gel?
It allows to remove the oxygen inhibited layer for better polishing
