It was pretty rough, I only had two weeks to get ready for it. Bought new heat-forming insoles and good socks for it (Fox River gang), and brought plenty of snacks. Terrain was unfavorable (did it through the Flint Hills), alternated between drop-hips big stride and jogging, and finished with a little over five minutes to spare. 0/10, I'll probably do another one for Silver Award.

I did banded toe lifts before Norwegian Ruckmarch. Everything else, including my Achilles tendon were cramping, but my shins were a-okay.
