This is a great pattern but I also need to keep checking the start and ends of the rows so adding in some timestamps to make this a bit easier 😂
19:23 start of wide row - orange
22:37 start of wide row - green
29:16 start of small row - orange
32:17 start of small row - green
Aww.. thank you so much!! That’s so thoughtful and helpful of you!❤️ I am so grateful that you added timestamps. This would help so many of our friends here😊
this is amazing and I was about to do this myself until I found yours! Thank you!!
I am using different colors and confused myself with the rows. Had to unravel three times. Thinking wide row / small row made this sooo much easier. Thank you. Don't know why I made it so difficult for myself haha :)
Im going to make a scarf with a few rows pumpkins on each end. It will be so so cute. I crocheted the pumpkin coasters and gave them to my coworkers. They lost their minds. So super cute!
This is so pretty!
I don't know if I want to use as a placemat or table runner but either way it will make a statement for sure and add elegance to the table.
Thank you again for the beautiful pattern.
This is so beautiful. Doing this as a runner but hanging it outside my apartment door. Absolutely beautiful ❤
That’s such a great idea!! I am so glad and grateful you like this pattern😊❤️
This is amazing ❤
I see some people want to make a cardigan ouy of this, whoa, that will add serious inches 😅 I think coffee cozies, bong holders, pillows, tote bags, throw blankets and planter covers. This is super adorable. Thank you.
making this for a tote bag :) thank you so much
I’ve been checking for this upload every few hours all day! So excited, starting it immediately.
Aww.. thank you so much for your patience❤️❤️ I hope you like the video😊
I LOVE your voice so calming. Love this simple pattern. 💕
Super cute pumpkins. Going make many for friends!
I love it
Congratulations on coming up with a pattern with puff stitches I that actually want to do! I've been crocheting for almost 40 years and I've always hated puffs and popcorns. But this is just TOO cute for me to hate on, lol. I really like listening to your voice, too, it's very soothing.
I just saw the double crochet alternative (surprise ending?) and I actually like the look of the puffs better. The double/treble alternative looks a bit more like a persimmon to me than a pumpkin.
I love this so much. Also, you have such a calming voice 🥰
Ordered some yarn and im gonna attempt to make a sweater using this pattern over the next month or so
Love the pattern and colour combinations too. I'm hoping I can make a Halloween costume for a doll using this 🎃
This is so super cute! I am going to try and make a Fall pillow for my sofa using this! Thank you sooo much for sharing!
Aww.. that would look sooo cute!!
Please, please do share a picture when you finish it, I’d love to see it❤️❤️ can’t wait!!
@@Mushyy_1 I promise I will, as soon as I'm finished!
I’m thinking about making a pillow too. How cute! ❤
This is so pretty, ive chosen it to become my first blanket of decorative nature. i ordered yarn the instant i saw the teaser over on TikTok!
If I may ask...how did you determine how much yarn you needed, for a blanket.?
Love it! Found your channel on Instagram, and so happy I did.
Thank you so much!! I am glad and so great you like my work. You are very kind❤️❤️
These are adorable, would be really cute around the bottom of a doll dress, or maybe around the brim of a beanie
That’s teally a great idea!! Thank you so much!!I am so glad you like the tutorial❤️❤️
Absolutely loved making this for my new Grandchild due in September, thank you so much xx❤
I would love this for a baby sweater.
This is a fantastic tutorial. Very easy to understand and very precise instructions. Thank you.
Awesome tutorial!
Thanks for sharing this one❤
I'm using medium weight (4) yarn by loops and threads and finding the pumpkins are way too plump. I'm going to try a few different ideas to make them less plump so you can see the green vine in-between the pumpkins. Changing from 5 puff stiches to 4 to see how that looks. If that doesn't do it I will also try to change from pulling up 3 on each puff stitches instead of 4, as was suggested. If that does not work, I'll switch to (3) weight yarn.
That’s perfect! Yes, you need less loops if you think the yarn is a bit thick eventhough it says medium on the yarn label. And it’s a good idea to use light weight yarn too and work more loops with light weight yarn just in case it’s not looking enough plump! I’m so glad you are trying this pattern out with so much positivity😊❤️
Loved your comment, it will help a lot of people here😊❤️
You make your videos so easy to follow. Thank you from a beginner.

Yayyy.. do share a picture of your project!! I would love to see what you made😊
I love this pattern! I'm going to make a hanging decoration out of this stitch as a housewarming gift for my friend. Thanks for the great video!
Oh my god!! That would makes such an amazing gift!! Thank you for this great idea!! I always struggle when it comes to giving some unique gifts to friends and you gave me the best idea today!! You are amazing!!❤️❤️
Also I am very glad and grateful you like my video. Thank you so much for that😊❤️
I am curious to know how many skeins of yarn one would need to make a small pumpkin throw. Say, how many of green and how many of orange for a 2’x2’ square? For the sake of estimating how much I would need to make a throw blanket and to make sure I can get enough of each color in the same dye lot.
So easy to follow! Thank you for this tutorial it turned out so beautiful
Omg this is STUNNING😍😍😍
Thank you so much❤️❤️
What a fantastic tutorial. So relaxing and enjoyable to watch. Your voice is beautiful, Thankyou for sharing. ❤
I just wanted to say that your voice is very soothing. ♥️

Hi Evgryone! We need some suggestion with some good color combinations to make an Afghan/Blanket other than the one in the video. I would highly appreciate if you guys can bring out your creativity and suggest some great color combinations so that everyone can give and get great ideas here!!
Thank you so much for your ideas❤️❤️❤️

mooie steek , vind het heel plezAnt om te doen
Beautiful stitch.
Thanks for sharing.❤
Beautiful and wonderful instructions. Thinking of making a scarf with it, so thank you
Molto carino
Love love love the look of this pattern!!! Now if only I didn't hate weaving in ends whenever I have color changes...
Thank you so much!! I am so glad you like this pattern! I know!! Even i hate weaving in the ends but that was the only best way to make this stitch look more beautuful otherwise i would have made it reversible but then the pumpkins wouldn’t look that realistic and with proper ridges. I should have mentioned the way I hide all the tails on the go so now I don’t ever weave in the ends later on. That’s an easy fix to hide the tails behind the work.
This is really cute! I think my friend would like it! Would you happen to have a written version of the instructions? Happy to watch the video to give you views, but I have the hardest time crocheting along to videos and find written instructions a bit easier. It's okay if not! Thank you!
Hi there, i can completely understand. I am going to upload the written pattern by this weekend itself and will keep you posted as soon as I do that😊❤️
@@Mushyy_1 Thank you!! That would be so helpful. My friend's gonna love this!
@@Mushyy_1where did you upload the written instructions? :)
I really appreciate these instructions. I saw you first on instagram and followed you to UA-cam. Thank you so much for sharing this pattern and making it so easy to follow.
I saw you on TIC TOC and hopped over here. ❤

Excellent work…. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much!! I am so happy V and absolutely grateful that you like my work❤️❤️
How many skeins of yarn did you use? I want to make a blanket and I'm trying to gauge how much I should buy
Thank you
You're very welcome❤️❤️
I’m currently in the process of buying my yarn but I can’t decide what to make…. Wish I was good enough to make a cardigan but unfortunately I’m not… I need inspo

❤estoy tan feliz de ver encontrado sus tutoriales gracias por compartir espero vengan muchos mass ❤🎉
I love this pattern!!! Could you please share a tutorial on how you would finish the top similar to the bottom? I am working on a blanket now, but this would be necesary for a blanket or scarf, as well. Thanks in advace!
Thank you for the beautiful pattern tutorial. Just wondering if this can be made into a beanie hat? I think it would be so cool.
非常感谢你,我使用了这个图案钩织了我的第一个手提包❤Thank you so much❤
Thank you 😊very much 😊
I love this pattern! Can I do a booksleeve with this pattern?
This pattern is more for blankets/scarves or any project which does not require much joining. But I feel you still can work into a booksleeve too😊
I love this, excellent tutorial too!
Excellent 🎉
So beautiful ❤
Bellissimo punto.
Wow ❣️
Beautiful 😍 thank you 😊
Is there a written pattern available for sale anywhere?
Super nice thanx alot dear
Looks interesting
Hi mushy can I have a watermelon pattern for a cell phone pouch love you n your work south Africa
Love this! Any tips for keeping the pattern similar but adding a decrease on both sides to shape it into a bandana?
Thank you so much ❤
Omg thank you
You are very welcome❤️❤️
How much yarn does this take? I would like to make a large blanket
❤❤❤
I will be making a cardigan out of this beautiful pattern. What is the best way for decreasing in this pattern?
Oh wow! That would look outstandingly beautiful for sure! I wish i had that patience too to make a cardigan😊
Since this pattern requires us to cut off the yarns at the end , you can easily attach the yarn at any pumpkin stem to start a new row from there so that ways it would be easier to decrease.
Hope this helps😊
That will look gorgeous, and be very cosytoo
@@dragonflydance9204 i started on it today, I hope i will finish it this month :)
@@fleurdeley3304hello! I started a cardigan too! I'm using the wool super quickly so it's a bit scary😂
To start for bigger blanket do i keep repeating the 9 chain 6 multiple
@@wendywilkinson8005 you just Work 9 chains once and then keep on adding multiple of 6 till your desired length.
رائعة😊
I find working from a written pattern easier than following a video. Is one available?
Hi there, i completely understand that. I am working on a written pattern and will make it available as soon as possible. I will keep you posted as soon as it’s available😊
@@Mushyy_1 Thank you! This stitch will be perfect for a fall beanie.
@@lindaherr255 oh yes!! A beanie would look so pretty!! I can’t wait to see your project😊❤️
This is absolutely beautiful I started mine and I want to make a blanket but work on panels would this be possible? How would I attach the panels seamlessly? Thanks you for this great tutorial!
Hi! I found this video from IG! Do you have these instructions written anywhere? Love it so much! Thanks!
Thank you so much, lovely pattern! I'm just a tiny bit stuck on row #6 (29:37) - the two edges are not symmetrical. When you attach the "pumpkin" yarn at the start, you only ch3 (counts as a DC), then you go immediately for the SC. However at the end, there is a ch3 space between the last SC and the FPDC (the last stitch of the row). Is that correct for sure? I hoped that the next green row would clear it up for me, but you just went with the first and last DC (or equivalent). :) Thank you in advance for clarifying! 👏👋
Hi there, it’s actually correct. The next row will definitely clear it up. The reason why we work a dc and then straight awa an Sc is because we want Round 6 pumpkins to match with the first row of pumpkins(Round 3) we don’t want pumpkins to be sitting on top of each other but we want them to be separate and alternate. Round 6 of pumpkins being an odd row of pumpkins will have to match row 1 of pumpkins(orange and green part both )
I hope this answers your question and I did not confuse you more!

Cotton or acrylic yarn?
Acrylic yarn works better😊
Could this be worked in the round
Absolutely! I have worked a bag in the same pattern. Here’s the link which might be helpful to you-

In description it will show the transcript.
can i make this as a blanket
You absolutely can make it into a blanket!❤️❤️
Can I get this as a written pattern please? I don't always have power or internet where I am. Watching videos is hard.
I can completely understand that. I am working on the written pattern and it should be available asap. I’ll keep you posted
@@Mushyy_1 that's great. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
How do you close off the ends if you are making it into a blanket. How do I make all the ends look like the very first row we started with?
Hi there, one way to kind of make a bowler would be to work 2 or 3 double crochet in each (chain 3) space starting from the bottom right side and working till the top and then again working 2 or 3 Double Crochet in each space accross at the top and then again working back down on the left side in the space created by the front post Double Crochet.
I hope it make sense. I might make a tutorial also soon for the Border part.
Can I make this into an Afghan?? And what size yarn and colors other than what I see here? Sorry to ask so much but I really want to do this 😅
Thankfully I checked the comments because I was going to ask the same thing lol
Oh absolutely! First of all, I genuinely love these kind of discussions so please don’t apologize! Infact thank you for asking this because I know you’ll get great ideas here from all the lovely and creative friends out here ❤️
So yes you can definitely work an afghan!! I’ll suggest using 100% acrylic Medium weight yarn because it will work up quickly with medium weight yarn and will be cost effective as well😊
For colors, I’ll suggest -
- Orange, off white/cream and mint with Sage color stem
- Orange, Pearl Pink and baby blue with Dark green stem
- white, green and orange with brown stem.
Let me know what you think?!
And i hope it helps😊
I’ll also put up a comment do everyone can put in their suggestions so you can get an idea from there as well😊
@@Mushyy_1 Thanks so much! I also going to give the mushroom bag a try!!
That’s so sweet and thoughtful of you! Thank you so much and I am sure we all will get great ideas here❤️❤️
How do you neaten off the edges and top please?
Is there any way to have smaller puff stitches?
Hi there, if you want to work puff stitches smaller in length then i would suggest using a smaller hook size for example 2.5mm hook size. If you want to make puff stitches smaller in width size then you can just work 3 loops instead of four . Hope this helps😊
