Owens did a glorious job on this, it's just a shame he didn't get to do the intro part too. That's my favorite part and I'd bet he could have done a way better job at it than the first dude.

@MisterCrowley1972 His lyrics made perfect sense. Sure they were all dragons, witchcraft and wizardry related, but it's better than "Black and Yellow", "Red Solo Cup", "I Kissed a Girl" or any of the other top 40 crap on the radio today.

obviously some people dont know who the line up for the band, they were former bandmates of Dio...top 40 band, doubt so..those are legends on stage man..and by far the best line up for a cover band, except for the vocals maybe..never was a fan of ripper and the other guy, RJD's vocal range can never be matched..Long Live Rock n Roll \m/

Im hardcore Maiden fan, im a huge fan of Dio and of Judas Priest.. and one thing for sure. There is nothing like Bruce Dickinson, nor noone like Ronnie James Dio. Nor Rob Halford ( or when Rob had his voice 100 %. He lost it after painkiller, but still no one can match neither of them) BUT Tim "Ripper" Owens... damn he's good!! Today i've seen video's were he cover Maiden, Dio, Ozzy and from his time with Judas Priest ( i knew he was in JP. But i've never heard him do any of the others) but if there is a worthy replacement for ANY of these bands.. no doubt that would be Tim Owens! I'm not saying i want a replacement for anyone.. but he would would do a good job!
For Maiden i would rather see them quit playing than a replacement for any of the members! And now when im thinking about it.. im glad Blaze Bayley stept in for Bruce, cuz if Tim had done it... well perhaps another future... I think Tim did good in JP.. he's doing Dio songs pretty good ( RIP Ronnie James Dio)
My point is: none of these bands has a need for replacement... and i hope they never will...
But give Tim Owens cred for his abillity.. he has earned that.. and no he cant match any of these vocal skills.. but he is the best guy to cover them..
