That's an incredible collection you've got there man, I personally could not ever sleep again in my life if I had even one in my house but it's incredible. Also I love your 335i my buddy has one with the BMW factory performance exhaust cause of the warranty.
Great first part Rob. LMAO! That roach didn't know what hit him...even after already being munched down by Zillian. Hitting it so hard that she flipped over. Great stuff. Gooty is loking great Rob. Can't wait to see her drop a sack. I'd love to try and get one of those slings. You filmed your most gorgeous Ts here!
I'm absolutely petrified of any type of spider and yet watching these videos is fascinating to me. Even though i feel like i have things crawling on me.
Hey rob nice vid. If I may make a suggestion, I'm not sure if you did after recording, I would probably keep Zillian's tank a little more wet than normal.
hey, i'm a new subscriber so i just thought i'd let you know how much i love your vids. very informative and entertaining with some great ideas for cage construction and such. your ts are gorgeous!
I just wanted to say I live your videos and think its amazing how much h care for these spiders, you've actually made me want a tarantula and hopefully one day I can buy one and overcome my fear of spiders :D
480p looks really good. I was so confused when all I had was the 240p...I was like what happened to the HD camera! The T's look pretty as always. Love the A. purpurea, never seen one in a collection before.
Awesome awesome!! Definitely the best feeding video you made. Gotta love the pokes so intens. My favourite moments are Zillian At 04:11 and the ornata at 05:09 Great job!!
Whats your opinion on feeding T's mice? A friend that works at my local pet store recommends an occasional pinky mouse for my Desert Blonde (Aphonopelma chalcodes) but I hear that feeding T's mice can hurt the spider. she's pretty big, about a 6" leg span.
I was tryin to figure out how to change it to 1080 but after about 2 sec i figured it out... I had already watched the first "bam" (or not quite a bam) and changed it to 1080 and rewatched it. The difference is just incredible! Rob, what species/T's do you have gravid right now? Just curious. And can you do updates of the beardies and Titus? Thanks :) My OBT sling did what zillian did, sort of. He grabbed the cricket, rolled a few times, then started digging. It was funny. Awesome video!!!
Hey Rob. What do you do when the genus Avicularia is going to revalidate some of the species in that genus? Hope you understand what i mean :) Regards from: Danni Hansen - Denmark.
The T at 6:25 looks amazing, That blue is spectacular. Your videos have really taught me so much about what to expect looking after them, I would love to buy one as a pet soon but I'm still quite nervous about it. Your tip for an Avicularia Genus is still good for a beginner yes?
Scotty Grimmett 6:25 is a gooty sapphire and I don't think there are beginner tarantulas just depends on what you want I personally started with a orange bitey thing (OBT) but I had no issues.
as a person who has a long-standing fear of spiders, i have a few questions! they may be silly but learning more about spiders makes me less afraid(: so im wondering, can you handle tarantulas? like do you consider them "pets" or more of a collection? also, what happens when they bite you?
I kept them in a jar with paper towel and another paper towel damp strip on the top for humidity..condensation was clearly forming on the top of the enclosure. They were pretty small and had small abdomens. was it a failed molt? The first one that died was jerking out and spazzing its legs looking kinda like talkenlate04s dks regalis. No idea how it could get dks - was kept in a former paprika jar (very well washed but top was stained red with it), still doesnt explain why the second one died.
Hi Rob, Are there any tell tale signs if a T being ready for a moult other than a lack of interest in food? I have a c.rosea that is not keen on food an the last couple of days seems keen on cleaning her self. Sorry to be a pest, and hope all is well with yourself.
hi, i have an important question for you: next year i am moving to london, but i don't know what to do with my g spatulata. Should i take her with me? Or should i leave her to some specialist that can take care of her?
@Truxiz Normally I'd accept them and change their labels. There were actually a few of mine I had to change namely T.stirmi from T.blondi and P.muticus from C.crawshayi
Some are pets... Some are quite docile. There ate some species that are crazy mellow, others are just crazy. The majority are "look but dont touch". Mind you, im sure all species would rather not be touched.
I only got 8 myself.. And the majority are Brachypelma family... They can be tolerant. I also have Lasiodora Parahybana (gets big), and a Poecilotheria Regalis... Not for petting
@wesker121212 verry sorry to hear about your two deaths :( its just Avicularias man, its a known phenomenon that as slings they sometimes just up and die for no apparent reason :((
You should just rename these feeding vids to "BAM!"
@tarantulaguy1976
oh ok. Let me ask you, do you keep the humidifier during the summer months?
That's an incredible collection you've got there man, I personally could not ever sleep again in my life if I had even one in my house but it's incredible. Also I love your 335i my buddy has one with the BMW factory performance exhaust cause of the warranty.

Zillian's attack was DEFINITELY worth the wait! Your T feeding vids always give me a lift. :)
"I like her best when she's not latched onto my hand either!"---That made me laugh!
I'm absolutely petrified of any type of spider and yet watching these videos is fascinating to me. Even though i feel like i have things crawling on me.
i didnt think spiders could be so hairy!
lol

It's amazing to see Zillian in slow-mo. It's crazy how she tackled the roach just like BAM ;)
I am sooo glad you got an HD camera.. those t's look so beautiful in HD..
HELLO MR. "BAM"! HAHAHA LOL
I'm seriously afraid of spiders, but I'm glad that there are people like you who do love and respect them :)
480p looks really good.
I was so confused when all I had was the 240p...I was like what happened to the HD camera!
The T's look pretty as always.
Love the A. purpurea, never seen one in a collection before.
Love your feedingvideos! Greate footage and awsome Ts! Thank you ;)
Wow, you are showing true maturity, even though spiders aren't your thing! I give you PROPS for that!
I didn't even know Zillian was on her back until I saw the slow-mo. Great vid.
I love that you say BAM when they grab the roaches lol
Awesome awesome!! Definitely the best feeding video you made. Gotta love the pokes so intens. My favourite moments are Zillian At 04:11 and the ornata at 05:09
Great job!!
you've inspired me! everytime i take a bite out of something im going to shout "BAM"
The "bam" thing is half the reason why I watch your vids!!
lol the moment Zillian jumped like that i was chanting in my head: "SLOW-MO! SLOW-MO! SLOW MO!..." :D
I like your setups you have for your T's. Where did you get them or did you custom make those?
Gooty might not eat as aggressively as the others but she is absolutely beautiful..nice vids Rob...
I have a tarantula and her name is Miza. She cuddles at my chest when i wake up. Shes so cute ~
they are very beautiful the first one and at 1:40 are just awesome. What do you do for a living to afford all these beautiful creatures?
Awesome video, love Zillian's epic BAM! I'd love to know how you got into this hobby?
Whats your opinion on feeding T's mice? A friend that works at my local pet store recommends an occasional pinky mouse for my Desert Blonde (Aphonopelma chalcodes) but I hear that feeding T's mice can hurt the spider. she's pretty big, about a 6" leg span.

Awesome video!!!
Hello, very nice feeding video i love those big Poecilotherias ...
How offten do these poecilotherias need a adult dubia etc one a week?
great video the T's look great, glad to see a new video haven't seen you guys for a while.
My tarantulas love fresh-molted insects. I gave one GBB a fresh molted, white superworm... the sounds coming from that pounce were nasty!

so im wondering, can you handle tarantulas? like do you consider them "pets" or more of a collection?

You need to do like that comic book flash thing everytime you say "BAM!"
They are SO beautiful!!! I want a T so bad, but i cant get one until February, until then, any advice or tips?
Just curious, would any of these spiders be a deadly bite?
Long may it continue. Holy Shite that hit was hard and fast. You need a whole new BAMness for that one.
awsome vid !! wish dumb youtube wud automatically put it on 1080p!!! nice camera!!! its sooo good on HD 1080p

Whats the species of the spider at 3:10? Its gorgous and has similaritys to my little sweet avicularia azuraklaasi :)
How often do you feed your Ts? I know some people say every two weeks but my Acanthoscurria Jurenicola is always hungry. Once a week okay?
looked like in the slow mo, the T nudged the prey item tot he front in that split second and bit, the force knocking it off ballance
hi, i have an important question for you: next year i am moving to london, but i don't know what to do with my g spatulata. Should i take her with me? Or should i leave her to some specialist that can take care of her?
The ZILLIAN shit was outta control...that was too much!!!!
@tarantulaguy1976 hey robc anyway i was wondering how many ts do you have right now this year?

Normally I'd accept them and change their labels. There were actually a few of mine I had to change namely T.stirmi from T.blondi and P.muticus from C.crawshayi
Sweet slow motion shot!!!
Some are pets... Some are quite docile. There ate some species that are crazy mellow, others are just crazy. The majority are "look but dont touch". Mind you, im sure all species would rather not be touched.
the 2nd one looks so cool!

If you looks closely, the T at 7:30 has its retreat entrance webbed up. This is always a tell tail sign, they won't take food, for w/e reason :P
Whats kind of the 3:17 tarantula? is that avicularia guyana?
Awesome Feeding vid Rob. :)

whats that blue species? it was called guddy/gutty/goody?
P. metallica- he probably named it gooty because that is the name of the small town in India where it was first discovered back in 2004.
You got any bracyphelma?
Three people need a BAM!
Omg the noises, it freaks me out
I only got 8 myself.. And the majority are Brachypelma family... They can be tolerant. I also have Lasiodora Parahybana (gets big), and a Poecilotheria Regalis... Not for petting
Why did you stop making vids for so long?
you should do a dog feeding time and film them
@wesker121212 verry sorry to hear about your two deaths :( its just Avicularias man, its a known phenomenon that as slings they sometimes just up and die for no apparent reason :((
