The clip for Final Cut was wonderful lol
*SHOULD WE SHOOOOOOUT*
SHOULD WE SCREEEEAAAAMM
@@AcePilotX2WHAT HAPPEND TO THE POST WAR DREEEAAAAAMM?
@@franchusqui2917OH MAGGIE, MAGGIE WHAT HAVE WE DONE??
@@aidanm.2044*epic trumpet solo*
AHM and TFC clips were brilliant.
atom heart mother is my second favorite, and im tired of pretending it isnt
It's really good, Rise and Shine is an underrated banger and let no one convince you otherwise
@@unluckygoose8456 and the horns in the suite are so brilliant
I couldn't agree more. 3 beautiful psychedelic love songs sandwiched between 2 of the best instrumental songs Pink Floyd ever made. 9/10
I love Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast
I just don't trust who don't like A Momentary Lapse of Reason.
The intro is a bit off, I agree.
Learning to fly is simply legendary.
Dogs of war have some of the Animals feeling, but more brutal.
One Slip intro is the worst of all, I know, but if you skip only one minute the song is EPIC. Gives me a good feeling.
On The Turning Away is simply lovely, is tied with Confortably Numb on first place of guitar solos that I love. It is simply epic, altruistic, and warming.
Yet Another Movie have the Wright keyboard at the background that fits well with the guitar.
Round and Around is a transition music that have a nice beat.
A new Machine 1 and 2 as far as I know are directed to Barret at Waters, they are skipabble.
Terminal Frost is Wonderful.
And Sorrow, cmon, it is pure Gilmour juice, even a lot of ppl that dislike the album likes this one.
The Division Bell is well built and amazing.
And Endless River I agree that relies totally on taste, but I like it.
I know a lot of people that dislike the last three albums just because they were told to or just because they are hurt because of Waters not on the band anymore, but dude, give it a try.
I do like The Division Bell it's okay I find myself singing High Hopes at times, I'm not a Roger fanboy I feel like Pink Floyd's at it's best was when they all had ideas like DSOTM. Also I think Roger's version of DSOTM is worse than Ummagumma and ALMOR lol
ALMOR for me was generic 80s rock band and it didn't do anything for me, it sounds like it could have been any other band in the 80s
Learning to fly is horrible, overplayed, basic, and not Pink Floyd at all
My problem with Momentary is that it's just.. boring. I can't get myself to listen to anything past Turning Away. The vocals on the second half feel very monotone, almost every single song has a 2min+ guitar solo which, imo, not every song needs a Gilmour solo, yes he plays wonderfully but it gets a little bit tiring hearing a solo every single song.
Its not a bad album per se, but it's just EXTREMELY boring after a while which to me makes it unlistenable
Ummagumma is good though. Careful With That Axe Eugene is very groovy
@@drool3616 Despite it being one of my less favorite floyd album, I can appreciate it because they experimented with ideas, sure they didn't pan out well but hey that's what experimentation is for
@@unluckygoose8456 fair enough. If you dont mind can i ask what your personal favourite album is?
@@drool3616 Dark Side of the Moon with Animals being a really close second, third I would say WYWH is third and Meddle in 4th
@@unluckygoose8456 Thats understandable, DSOTM even if some elitists might say otherwise is arguably the best album, I can't think of a bad song on there. For me The Wall is probably my favourite, second being either dark side of the moon, third is The Final Cut, forth is meddle.
For me momentary lapse and division bell are in my top 5 Pink Floyd albums
I respect your choices, I find The Division Bell to be okay I just don't like ALMOR at all.
What other albums are in your top 5?
@@unluckygoose8456 hmm i would say
dark side of the moon
Animals
Division bell
Moment lapse of reason
Wish you were here
Basic aah taste
real fans only listen to ummagumma on repeat
@@unluckygoose8456 and More
@@ornithotube Listen, you all need to give a try to More. I know some songs like "Up the Khyber" or "Quicksilver'' are shit af but there are some very good songs like "Ibiza bar", "Nile Song", "Cymbaline" etc.
Not only they have vibe, they also have meaning to them, sometimes deep.
@@Manifold_Himilsbach no no I agree with you I love cymbaline, ibiza bar and cirrus minor is my favourite song from the album, More definately deserves a listen
@@unluckygoose8456 real fans only listen to absolutely curtains (final song off of obscured by clouds) on repeat, 24/7
