It looks like the rocker has spun off the valve stem somehow.
Although that noise sounds like a failed connecting rod bearing as you rev the engine,it looks like the engine is overheating & noisy due to a lack of oil pressure & lubrication, that red light in the HQ is an over temperature warning lamp,I can remember that my dads HQ wagon didn't have a temperature gauge, just a light !

Has wrong sending unit in it. Found a broken damaged rocker stud in further investigation had 30 psi at idle

Well at least you know now. I had a 265 Valiant that made a similar noise......frigging days of head scratching before I found out it was the camchaft. @@383GARAGEbefore
