I’ve been wearing Warrior’s chesties since 2018. I’m currently rocking the RX3 pro + which is exactly the same as the RX4 pro +. I’m a big fan of Lefevre’s gloves too. For those who are having issues with those arms wearing True or old CCM gloves as mentioned in that video, just undo the velcro locating on the side of cuff. With that, the cuff slides under the backhand floater and never interferes with the chest’s arm! Real game changer, never came back since 2018!
Great review by the way :)

I've been wearing the latest Warrior chest and pants for almost a year now, and they're definitely the best I've ever worn. Warrior improved on their previous versions, which were already excellent.

open up the side where the velcro is a and add a knee stack block foam from old equipment and fill the 6 and 7 hole. problem solved for the rvh bruises.

Just a comment about the side protection and it moving around when untucked. I use it untucked and use a skate lace to just tie the front. I lace it through those 2 little loops on the front of the chesty and then lace it down through the pants bring it back up behind the sternum guard and tie it right there. It keeps eveything tight and together and doesn't move around. I still get that free feeling.

RX5 has the built in straps for suspenders.

change the elastic to nylon webbing witha side release buckle. its not that hard, no sewing. get a tri guide lock for both end. I did one side only other is closed elastic.

Doing mods and sewing isn't a problem for me and would be an easy thing to do. But I try and review "stock" equipment to see how the off the shelf offerings are.

I’ve been kinda curious about this unit, but that backplate strapping design is just a total non-starter for me… and I’m not terribly interested in spending $600+ on something I’m just going to have to mod.
I miss the Vapor 1X strapping. Best ever IMO… even Kenesky couldn’t replicate it on my custom unit.

I tried it on and unfortunately couldn't move the arms AT ALL. So I wasn't willing to risk spending the money on it.

Why don't you ever try Passau with pro pac. It's the single best chest protector available

Every time I've tried the "best available" for goalie gear it has been a disappointment. I was going to buy the Passau though during the Boxing Day sale but they never had my size in stock.
