I ordered a couple types of air dry clay last week but haven't opened it yet 😅 I'm not the most crafty, so I'm hoping it'll turn out whenever I do try it ☺️
I've made a small plant pot out of air dry clay, I put a succulent in it so it wouldn't be wet so much. It has gone mushy now even though it's sealed but it lasted a year or two not looking too bad. If you don't want it to fall apart though, maybe you could make an air dry plant to put in it? :3
That was fun and the pond dish is really cute. Here on UA-cam Harli G has good videos about making pots and Simply by A has good tips for how to with clay. Air dry clay is not good with water but you can use a plastic or glass container and wrap the air dry clay around so the pot can be used 😊
Next time you could use an existing pot as a mold maybe, make the clay around the outside then pull the pot out. I think Harli G uses polymer clay. This was very satisfying to watch, now I want to try too!
