One side of me thinks that loaf should be sprayed with a clear resin coating, mounted on a framed canvas, and hung in a museum. The other side of me wants to grab that loaf and chow it down!

I just made my first sourdough loaf using your scoring design! I am really proud for my first try! I didn’t have a razor blade. So, I used a sharp paring knife, and the cuts are not as detailed, and it is not a perfect circle, but that’s OK! I am super proud 😁🥳Thank you for your beautiful work! I look forward to seeing more of your artistic designs! They are sensational!

You are amazing and you have to have confidence in your art and your life! If people don't like what you are doing it's their loss. Don't make qualifications for why you aren't showing your face or why you don't know exactly how something works. Be proud! You are a master of your trade.

How do you cook it with steam? Is that a function of your oven? Do you put a pan of water in your oven and remove it part way? I’d love more information about it. Your bread design was beautiful - too beautiful to eat...

If you like rustic look, you can top with whole rye flour before scoring. I finds coating my baguette with whole rye flour give very rustic look. Very nice scoring you did, you have very good technique.
