- STRAWBERRY VANILLA CAKE- The BEST perfect moist soft cake for any time of the day! It is so good that you will not be able to stop at one piece, i promise! Also it is ofcourse eggless :))
Feel free to substitute the strawberries with other fruits or nuts!
INGREDIENTS -
50 g butter (at room temp.) (1/4 cup)
90 g condensed milk (1/4 tin)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Maida 100 g (3/4 cup )
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp yoghurt
1/4 cup water or as required
1/3 cup strawberry - chopped and tossed in 1 tbsp maida
Bake in a pre heated 170 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
