රතු ලූනු/Red Onion - 15
කහ/Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
පොල්තෙල්/Coconut Oil
ලුනු/Salt
අබ/Mustard Seeds - 2tsp
විනාකිරි/Vinegar - 2tbsp

සුදු ලූනු/Garlic Cloves - 5
රම්පෙ/Pandan
කරපිංචා/Curry Leaves
කුරුඳු පොතු/Cinnamon
කරාඹු නැටි/Cloves - 5
එනසාල්/Cardamom - 3
කෑලි මිරිස්/Chilli Flakes - 1tsp
කහ කුඩු/Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු/Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp

What is the brand and type of coconut oil your are using?

Here we are using pure white coconut oil (Cocoland). Better to use virgin coconut oil from a brand like Baraka. Price is crazy tho. However, better to avoid using cooking oil and palm oil
