This video is a remake of the Wave Race 64 longplay I made in 2016. That video was plagued with many technical problems, so this video was created to fix the flaws with the original video. The following issues were addressed: - Fixed audio de-synchronization issues with the expert and reverse sections - Crops out the black border surrounding the video - Doesn't replay the intro after every championship - Includes more stunts in races - 1440p resolution and other improved graphics settings - Added stunt mode and dolphin riding
This is by far the most entertaining playthrough I've seen of this game. I like that you did tricks during the races even though it was technically sub-optimal. I actually enjoy that the tricks in this game don't give you any kind of speed boost, they are done purely to show off.

Having played this on my very first console at the age of 4, i could never get past the first few races. I was today years old some 25 years later when i found out you could unlock extra tracks when you won the championships. unreal.

I actually didn't think about that! I should have started slower in some races and allowed the announcer to say that at least a few times.
