Yes it’s a diference more cold engine better performance

@@makperformance9226 you mean water cooling exhaust air before the tune pipe will bring engine temp down? And also performance boost?
Jim, if you talk about the flange installed in the exhaust, water runs not for performance, it is to reduce the temperature and protect the O ring or seals from the header.
