Literally had the same idea! Aesthetically anyway, mirror faceless masks and bells for the Chaplins or Librarians. Same reason for mirrored helm, so the enemy can watch themselves die. My bells would have hung from a frame where you put the candles. You've done a fantastic job, and I suppose I should be happy to have you trailblaze and I can use your work as a template. Wow!
Simply amazing! I adore your creativity! I recently read about a group of orks lead by a warboss called Daemon-Killa who are trapped in the warp fighting an endless battle against demons. Khorne loved their thirst for bloodshed so much that he took them to his own private realm and made it so every time they are killed they rise up the next morning to fight again. This isn't confirmed but I imagine all that exposure to such conditions would lead to an ork becoming tainted slightly by chaos. There just seems to be a lot of creative freedom for such a conversation and I think it'd be very fun and interesting to see how you'd handle it if you wanted to do it of course
Both the idea and your execution of the chapter master/chaplain is top-notch. Well done and the commentary is equally well executed. Articulate as well.
what a badass scene to imagine! one of these bad bois starts to recite the names of the fallen as he walks and then builds up into a sprint to commence melee combat with a Heretic. still reciting the names while he kills the imperiums enemies.
I would love to read up more around this chapter I find it abit interesting concept for a chapter to dedicate itself into recording the unending chimes of the bell of lost souls and the image alone of seeing the enemies of man see there own fave as they die to these guys

The issue with the Fire hawks is that they didn't have armor adornments like the salamanders, space wolves or blood angels. They just had a cool paint job
Amazing conversion. Normally I dont like a lot off accessories on a model. But for a chaplain / chapter Master (chaplinter master?) it works beautifully. Fantastic colouring too. The browns and tans in the black definitely gives it a practical and worn look. This armour wasn't just for ceremony. Really nice. They can create a teleportarium but I bet they can't keep those damn candles lit : )
I love this idea, but I'd try to ad some movement to seals on the backpack. The ones on the arm that you added are waving on strong wind when these on backpack lay flat like three is no wind at all. Going for more details, a bit of melted wax effect on the backpack would be great to merge the candles into it. The helmet is just great! :) Looking forward for next conversions (psykers!) :D
With dark angel coming out, I'd be curious to see your take on a fallen Angel using new Primaris marines. Conversions would include changing the Mark of the power armor to make it a heresy era (MK1, 2, 3, 4) with maybe scavenged newer era pieces since they have no Forge world to supply them. Thanks :D!
The helmet looks really similar to the Destiny 2 titan helmet (the one that’s on the promotional material) I’d love to see space marine kit bash of a Destiny Titan, mostly because bungie took a lot of inspiration from space marine when making the Titan class
You should do an imperial knight conversion, there are very few good ones out there. And I'm not talking an imperial knight that got turned to chaos. Just straight up a cool imperial knight
I always wanted to make a homebrew chapter. Its just so expensive, I made a slanesh themed sisters of battle and 500 pts cost around 1000 pounds just to make it so that I could use them in GW tornements. Would have only cost 600 dollars if i could have bought 3d printed models to make it. Also took about a year to finish, cutting, sawing, greenstuffing, closing all unnessisary gaps, customizing hair and other features and finally painting.
I'd love to see you make random chaos warbands, like just chaos lords and other marines that are mutated and changed to resemble the God they follow, like a chaos lord with a huge crab claw and one giant horn for slaanesh or a marine with bare arms and axes with chains for khorne. Chaos has so many possibilities that I think you'd crush.
Great work as we expected from a true master modeller! Could you take imperial guard but later them to look like the old Marines in the movie "ALIENS" With their Vietnam styled slogans and weapons with shorter barrels except for the long m42 styled squad machine gun type of thing .
The Death Knell? Oh those guys who manage the Bell on Terra? Oh those guys are *weird* we try not to talk to them but it’s a bit weird whenever we have to, They just mumble to themselves a lot. It’s also forbidden to bring grand lights to talk to them, we had around 3 marines who were essentially flashbanged when they walked in.
