Vlad is a self-taught drummer. He is originally a pianist. He also plays guitar very well. He has a pretty unconventional approach to drums and writing drum parts - I have even seen a lot of drummers say that they don't understand what he does and why he does it but recognize his technical ability. If you ask me, he is up there with guys like Gene Hoglan and Sean Reinert, which is absolutely bananas for a guy that hasn't been playing the drums for very long in comparison

Maybe not Vlad with everything going on in Ukraine right now but a lot of these musicians give online lessons. My son has weekly lessons online with the bassist from Dillinger Escape Plan. lol
