Momentum plays less in what type of mcap companys ?for ultra largecap like hdfc i think that less efficient strategy respect to mid or small cap ,, am i right????????????

Hi @Alok sir, what should be the price I mean min. Or max. Or b/w at which we should apply for any ipo ? Is there any rule or efficient way for this...
Pricing is done by Investment Bankers and Company and assuming you are a retail investor just like me, simply apply at the cut off price as oversubscribed IPOs will prioritize Cut off rates. Eg. Price band 1200 - 1240 Rs. Select 1240 as bidding amount.
I wud rather increase investment in your strategy then investing in any ipo

Actually LIC is up from IPO price. IPO price was 902-949, whereas the price as of 5 July 2024 is 1014.

Books are cooked and cleaned before bringing it up, it's even easy for small and mid IPOs as the same proceeds can used to adjust accounting so atlwast 2 quarter earning is the only way to know where it is headed.
