Ang strap height/length/setup ko ay ung medyo relax ang elbow ng right hand ko. In our church/Christian music, di ko naman need ng access sa higher frets, so mine ay slightly lower. Ma access ko lng 17th fret with ease, oks na sa akin

There is no correct or wrong height. The moral of the story is use the height that’s moat comfortable and playable for you. There’s no way I’m going go play sign my arms at 90 degrees let alone higher because it’s uncomfortable. Not playing super low either because then I can reach the controls. I’m somewhere in between maybe 40 to 50 degrees angle from the elbows.
Depends on the kind of music you are playing also. Lower is better for shredding while higher would be better for playing Johnny cash tunes with an acoustic.
Also depends on the type and shape of the guitars. A Flying V is going to be awful to try and play if it’s high
