I have depression and every time I see these pics of people who committed suicide it might be coincidental but I can see it in their eyes man it’s a lifeless look surrounded by smiles
This just proves know matter how Successful a BM is or his family members is Suicide is the hardest thing to 🛑 specially knowing BM can’t trust anyone and the worst part is hear from Mothers say”Suck It Up” or “Ur a Man” both were used against me when I was dealing with this from my mom.Which is why all I do is stay Quiet or call my Dad IF I want to talk to anyone 🤷🏾♂️.I’ve learned as a Young BM how important a Father is need just from all the times my Dad was there for me without any problems Listening for 8hrs to even a Day long conversation.
Alot of suicide have to do with the attack on masculinity. My depression was because i had a woman point of view for parts of life. After my father death and reconnect with my male cousins and brothers ,uncle I came to recognize traits. Real Masculinity gives you confident & a standard men needs. Learning the proper way to interact with each other both male and female in a healthy way.
There's truth to that, however depression is a real disease. Depression is a very real disease. And its hard for men to express there depression because they're taught to be hard. As a woman I cry and expose my depression, men's depression is showed in anger and venting at others. But, I am happy for you in your progress
Actually toxic masculinity is the reason why men have higher suicidal rates !! Because men like yourself think it’s feminine to express your emotions or to tell another male that you love them etc
@@jewlzn7130 Yup there's nothing wrong with a man being vulnerable, crying and revealing that they are weak or saddened. Its all good from me and I am ready to accept my homies speaking up about ALL what they're going through.

I make an effort to stay positive & use art as an output to emotions I feel daily. Along with exercise and meditation. A lot of days I feel like I'm not going to make it but i reaffirm myself that life WILL get better & we take one day at a time
People don’t care at all the world is all about what you can contribute if you are battling anything and trying to heal the world will turn their back on you. Like you said your family won’t help, they will say you complain too much, Job doesn’t care it’s sad…
There's a rght idea in there not being afraid of anything can give you the strength to take on the world n get out there that's probably the warm feeling that most woman get at home it's a little bit safer it makes alot of sense

I don't think it's about ratings or black media for that matter. Every media outlet has broken this story. More than that, if this reaches someone who may be contemplating suicide, this may be what they need to find the help they need. They're offering a lot of hope and help with this segment for someone who may need it. Be blessed and check on your people. I know I will.

life sucks been suffering my whole 44years suicide looks great and i have no family or friends so i leave no 1 behind im almost ready
