Hey everybody! For this food challenge I'm at Amalia Italia in Liverpool, England during my 2013 Europe tour. Here I will be taking on their massive 5 lb Calzone Challenge. It's nice to try something different since most of my food challenges have consisted of burgers. Over 1,200 people have taken on their calzone challenge, with less than 50 people successfully completing the food challenge!!
The Food Challenge - Finish the 5 lb calzone in 60 minutes or less.
If I complete the challenge, I will receive the following:
• My meal for free (£13.95)
• Free t-shirt for winning the challanenge
• Exclusive "Record Man" t-shirt if I break the record
If I lose my picture will go up on their Wall of Shame.

Randy's a legend, I really enjoy watching him take on these challenges because unlike most other competitive eaters on youtube, randy seems like he's really enjoying his meal, instead of just stuffing it down with water or soda
Most definitely true! It's one of the reasons he doesn't do many competitions.
I agree. This guys a class act and yes some other big eaters are fast and I’m sure they are good people but it’s kinda gross watching some people just make a mess half the sauce and liquid from the food ends up all over the place or all on napkins and honestly just watching someone stuff their mouth with handfuls of food and swallow just to go fast is hard to watch. I love how Randy goes pretty quick and still leaves the place looking like it did when he came it lol.
Love the British ones being British and all, it's also nice to see a competitive eater that doesn't dip, and eats with their mouth closed xx

So what was this all about? were you just running around Europe and seeing if you could eat all of their food?
maconsumner For a 44 day period, I went around 8 different countries at the end of 2013 and won 27 food challenges in 7 of them. I failed 2. Believe it or not, the UK has a ton of challenges available but there are no eaters there interested in eating them. On February 10th of this year, I got back from another 47 day tour of the UK & Ireland where I was 42-2 against challenges, eating about $1,660 in free food totaling 205 pounds. All those videos start uploading next Thursday. We are posting an advertisement video about the trip on Monday. Thanks for watching!!

Great food in this restaurant. The seafood spaghetti is fantastic. King prawns mussels calamari clams and a nice Italian beer to wash it down with 👍
