It’s interesting to watch, but disappointing that you never have to deal with enemies of any kind, a glitch-less run of this game getting around the RNG AI would be far more impressive.
You can watch me play NMG (No Major Glitches) on my Twitch, where we interact more with the Alien! Every category has its own unique challenges-full glitches runs are more about mastering mechanical exploits, while NMG runs are more about strategy and reacting to the Alien's behavior. Both are fun and difficult in their own way!

This no- external cheat/mod/hack Any% speedrun, abusing the INHERENT and INNATE technical glitches and exploits, is an eye opening experience for me as it allows me to be aware of the limitations of the game, and what constraints are present that could be taken into account and avoided by future designers. This is also the same reason I can appreciate tool-assisted speedruns - If human input limits are theoretically removed, but is possible within the game engine and game code accessible to the player, what is theoretically possible.
Fastest voice lines. This allows in-game dialogue to finish faster to allow certain progression flags (Objective complete/new Objective updates) to trigger faster.
We pretty much use three glitch techs, one is CC meaning Crouch Clipping which is where we crouch up and down which makes our position gets displaced, and spamming crouch up and down allows you to clip and phase through some walls and doors. And then we got framerate toggling, when you see my game is lagging thats when I toggle my fps to a very low number, at lower framerate crouch clipping becomes way easier and we also introduce low gravity (The game's gravity is a value which is related to FPS). At 6:02 i do another glitch tech called a Bevel. any% is about beating the game as fast as you can. and thats what I did. if you want to watch the "no bypass" stuff check out all missions runs
