the Greatest Soviet Mechanical Engineer of his time Lev Lebedyansky is at 0:08 (sitting on the left & also seen under engine P36 0001)
at 0:29 is engine P36 0001 (П36 0001)
at 2:24 is Leningrad at the beginning
at 3:56 is the massive P38 (П38) which had a tractive effort of 99,018 lbs compared to the SNCF 242.A.1 which had 44,714 lbs
at 5:30 is the Class Св
at 7:50 is the 232K (engine No 2 the second & improved version of this Class)
at 11:11 is engine 6998 (232V), engine 6998 in a series of high speed runs reached over 100mph & on the 29th of June 1938 on a straight level flat stretch of track from Likhoslavl to Kalinin whilst pulling a 14 axle (4 car) passenger train she reached a speed of 112mph, this is the Soviet Steam Record, the indicated HP was 3,400hp.
