You don’t need to press the release to dumb the debris. If you just press down the lever by the trigger, it will automatically open the hatch to let debris out.
Thank you I was thinking i need the pet version since i need the mini brush for the stairs and the essential is now 100 off so only 299 and the pet is 499, im glad the essential you can connect the head without the tube making it easy for stairs, i was going to get the dyson v8 but this is better and less expensive
7:11 Given the need to plug the brush unit / extension rod into the base station to change the battery, I suspect you can't charge a 2nd battery while the first is on the unit? It appears you'd need to charge one battery, put it to one side and then charge the second, prior to using the device.
8:00 is there a "pet" version of the "s" line - i.e. larger capacity, longer run time, etc.? If the "s" line contains all the same pet specific features as the "pet", then I guess it boils down to personal preference.
Hi sub to your channel our dyson broke and im looking at tineco now since they look much better and is affordable and worth the money. Im living in a apartment most carpet and some tiles. Im looking at the s15 essentials it doesnt have the mini brush for furniture right? And the other attachment for hard floor was looking at the s11 i think that one is more worth it? More attachment and more suction power? Pls help me thanks
Welcome to the channel! In my opinion, if your home has mostly carpet, a Dyson is probably your best bet as they have the strongest suction of any vacuums I have tried. Tineco is definitely affordable and a good bet, but I find it is better if you have mostly hard floors.

To bad they don't allow a second battery slot to charge like my A11
