I've always just pushed my shortish hair forward on top to cover some of the receding line and then pushed the widows peak up into a 'flip' style. I also shave down the front of it to make it look more round. It works pretty well unless someone's looking directly down at your hairline. I can't find any other style that works. The weird thing is the front left part of my widows peak has only ever grown very short and stops growing after a half inch. My hair is jacked up. I cut it myself now because I could tell barbers didn't like my hair lol. 😒
if your mixed or just black with this type of hairline i really reccomend just growing your hair out and get a hairstyle that allows hair to fall over the front which is what im doing currently

If you have straight and smooth hair, then of course, you can somehow manage it, but if you've got very thick and a bit wavy hair (like mine) then things get complicated, especially if your hair is actually afro.

Very dope video. I've always had a widow's peak, and have made every hair mistake known to man. I'm 33 now, and I've always had a profound peak, and I'm praying I dont recede any more or I will go for the low fade keeping my peak. It looks punk. Shaving it off makes my forehead bigger and unlike say Hispanic hair which is usually really nice, straight and full hairlines. Working with what I know... I'm growing my hair out... long... and started with a dapper comb over n back... which made my hair longest up front and is way better looking than doing it all even. I use the comb over just like that but should have had 6 week trims over the last 7 months and go tomorrow. Ears, neck, even and clean the rapid taper so its maybe an inch shorter on my crown. Great advice. And the peak is cool to me now... I think it gives it the white boy punk rock signature. It's not punk to have a straight lineup.... everyone has their own dope look. I believe I have a widows peak rather than actually balding, a lot of the pictures I've looked up seem very similar to mine and while balding runs in my mothers side of the family I've been told I look like my dad but have my mothers hair colour. My issues is that if I genuinely do have a widows peak is that my hair is dirty blonde while right in the corner of my potential widows peak is really light platinum blonde. I had platinum blonde hair right up until my balls dropped. Because of this I think it makes it look worse than it would've been had the corners been dirty blonde as well. I've run my fingers along the line several times and there's definitely hair there. This leaves me in a predicament, potential widows peak, platinum blonde hair right in the edges, blonde hair, curly and doesn't seem to grow very long. My hair length is probably about five inches and I don't think it grows any longer, I don't think I have ever had long hair. With those major key characteristics, curly, blonde, relatively short, widows peak, it for me makes having a hair cut difficult. This is more so an issue as I have only ever known having a buzzcut and by having it my hair looks lighter than it is and therefore the peak doesn't look anywhere near as bad. And as such I have absolutely no skill or knowledge on how to even style my own hair. I have considered going to a barber many times but put it off because I simply have no idea what will look good on me and with the previous things I mentioned it makes styling my hair more difficult, plus having spoken to a barber in the past she didn't really know how best to deal with it. I should mention that my face shape is oval as I believe that makes a difference. And now we're here.

Hi it's true but when you get a long widow natural peak with point like Vegeta it's difficoult to use hair to go down like ed sherahn with square head you don't have volume, so cut the widow peak is ridicolus because head is so big but you can do ducktail and youre look becaming younger then the past. I also want to make a point how he says his beard and hair is a mess. To me his beard and hair literally are not in the length to be even able to be "a mess". This is the first video I've seen of his and I can only assume that he talks about his hairlenght and neckline with the beard. Week or so?? I shaved mine and I'd notice it the next day, or even in the evening. I'm letting it grow again and it's frustrating

If you have one don't shave it back. Trust me I did it before then ended up regretting it big time.
Maybe use a sharpie to even out widows peak... your client seems to like that look. 😉
I find widows peaks way hotter than a round hairline
