i was picking this or the A15 with the same RTX 4060. The Aorus was cheaper but when I was crowd sourcing, majority still picked the A15

On questions between these Aourus and the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16ARX8 with AMD Ryzen™ 7 7745HX at 5.1 GHz, 16", WQXGA, IPS, 240Hz, 32GB, 1TB SSD, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 8GB GDDR6, what you would choose for eSports not considering the price? I'm considering these 2 laptop to buy but im undecided, the Lenovo have just 240 Hz not 360 but better everything else (on theory except the battery of just 80wh and smaller 16" screen) but on your review it has not so much fps on games and also alot of studders. So what would you consider it's better for game's and work. Your input would be greatly appreciated 👍.

Hi all, important question! I want to buy either this or ASUS TUF, but! And that's a HUGE ONE: reviews in my country's main place to buy pcs give this one a 1-2 star review, because people say this thing breaks! I mean they say the keyboard ceases to work, the ports cease to work, spontaneous shutdowns, etc., Is that true? Can someone chime in please?
Are there really better options for AAA gamers? Personally there is no better alternative at this price point, I require that sweet near 100% sRGB coverage + 4060 and there is literally no alternative in terms of performance for this price, I'd have to go wayyy out of budget so yeah, silent operation and better speakers would be awesome but sadly it's a trade-off for worse screen
Performance-wise there is MSI Katana with RTX 4070 and i7 which would be better for AAA titles for sure. The difference is $50-60. More fps, but worse display

Yes about that one. Well reviews I've seen didn't show any problems with thermals. CPU at 80-85c, GPU around 75. In the future can be improved with better thermalpastes and you can always limit Turbo Boost on the CPU if anything.@@user-sw5uc4mq1b
im watching this on aorus 7 itself haha, i just bought it and didnt game yet, its good ig? the logo in the back lights up
update for anyone who needs: the edges are a little sharp the cooling is so good, it doesnt need to be too loud to game, i managed to play cyberpunk with speakers no issue overall its so good, the screen is so good the rgb looks good but dont turn it on in light areas cause you wont see it that good. for battery without changing settings it will last 2 hours, if you do it will be 6 hours (i didnt test but thats what windows said) but i did watch 20 mins yt video and the battery went down very slowly. so with right settings it will hold up, overall the fans are so silent under 60% and 50~60% is all you will need. so silent as long as you have audio playing. in my opinion its a very high quality laptop that worth buying, it feels more premuim than f15 (for build quality) but yeah it feels like a 1000$+ laptop and i believe its worth it if you want a 4060 for that price range (also the battery is 99wh) which you wont find any laptop with that in that price range.

@@blackclover601hi, I just brought the same laptop and I noticed that the fans are so noise but after 50-60 and I was testing games like Halo Infinite and specially in this game, the CPU was a little hot like 77-90°C but the game runs over 200fps in low
So I disable the CPU turbo Bost to improve the temperatures of CPU and that happen.
But I have a doubt, do you recommended put the fans in 50-60 after 60°c? All time ? Or Or should I leave them at 100 at some point, or will it never be necessary? because well, I have noticed that the laptop gets very hot in certain parts, but then I see the laptop has temperatures of 70-80°c in CPU and GPU

Man, the rtx 4070 is such a joke, even after a heavy discount, it still fails to offer a compelling upgrade over the 3070ti nitro 5. The MSI has maybe a slight edge in CPU, but a worse display, zero performance increase and worse build.
Bcs its a flange one like it get only 105w for Tgp
@@slex6450 105w 4070 = 140w 4070 cause the 4070 can't scale past 100w due to the voltage limit. Even when you push it beyond 100w, it doesn't gain much in perf, thus still matched by the 150w 3070ti
@@siyzerix Its still mean that it would get less performances due too flange, because the 4070 will use 105 on max performance and on a laptop it can't run on full performance all time

What is the best gaming laptop for warzone 2.0??
The laptops with the highest end intel cpus, i9-13900HX or better. The ryzen 9 7945hx cpu is also very good.
I just got this laptop. And it's does strange things.
At the beginning maybe I messed up using driver booster first then nvidia drivers. Because after boost driver all my screen went black after restart. I downloaded all the windows update and it didn't help. But then with a help of my friend we used DDU (delete all drivers of nvidia), restart then downloaded again nvidia drivers, restart and it worked.
But then I downloaded the Gigabyte control panel, my laptop restarded and the screen went again black. With HDMI and a monitor I could see what's happening. Everything worked, only the screen not. I opened the Gigabyte Control Panel and I saw that, the GPU Mux Switch was on Intel, so I changed it to Nvidia and it worked again. This is normal or I messed up something, or it's the device's fault?
UPD: The problem was not only in the update of bios, but I installed Win 10, and with Win 10 many updates were not available, like bios, updates for Gigabyte Control Panels, CPU's graphics card etc. But with Win 11 all updates were available and everythings work fine now. So don't even try Win 10, the hardvers and theirs update of this laptop, as I read about it, only support Win 11.

I've already fixef the problem after a few days of search on the Internet.
The main problem was the OS (Win 10). Many drivers are not supported on win 10, so I had to change to Win 11. With the Gigabyte Control Center I could download many drivers (with win 10 there was only a few of them). One of the driver was BIOS, anothers were for the Intel Graphics card. Restart a few time after every download and now everything works fine.
In short:
- Don't use win 10, use win 11
- Download Gigabyte Control Center
- Download all the drivers from GCC (BIOS, Intel Grapics Card etc.) and it should work fine.

@@Marcinex It works fine. I just love it a lot. I haven't noticed any issues, a games run without a problem. One little problem was with the keyboard lights, but it was a bug in the Gigabyte Control Panel (every time a pluged the charger, it's colors went from RGB to static, but it was fixed already). I would say, if you want to buy a gamer laptop, this maybe one of the best option for it's price. At first I planned to buy an ASUS with a little worse gpu and cpu for the price of Aorus. Then a looked for an ASUS with the same GPU/CPU, and it was waaay expensive. This video also helped me picking this laptop and all my friends, who know things better also said to pick Aourus.

@@bomesz9641 the main thing was that the keyboard straight up ceased working, then some ports, some people wrote in their cons, that it really does sound like a jet engine when gaming and is "not suited for the gamer husband wanting to play a bit during his wife being asleep as that whistle high pitch tune keeps her awake"😛. Ah, one more thing I saw was that one person said that the place in the middle above the keyboard was always cooking hot while gaming, even when the game was 2012 Borderlands 2 as if the laptop had to use its full power no matter the game. I will admit, that's not really something unusual to me as my rtx 2060 Acer Nitro 5 lived and died that way....but I thought that would be reserved for the older bois.

@@GizmoSlipTechPersonally, I like the laptop, but it has a couple of quirks, including poor ports, and the fact that it's thin means the keyboard area gets very hot. But it has many advantages. It has a great screen, it's powerful, it's not expensive, it has a nice design, it's compact.
