This is used a whole lot in the shifting community but for anyone not in the community DR = DESIRED REALITY. Other words used in the future may be WR = waiting room , CR = current reality, OR = original reality , IR = intended reality . I will remember to write these ones in the next video if I say dr instead of desired reality. Like I wrote earlier I'm just super used to just writing/ saying DR as it's very common for many to say/ write 🤍

Guys shifting is not different from manifestation. So what if it's a more drastic change than oh grow your hair oh grow your nails? Doesn't the law say just assume you have it? When did it specify that it only works for certain things? Stop overcomplicating it guys really. I agree with this completely. I used to be really deep into the shifting community and they would always over complicate everything and make it so much harder than it needs to be. I had the same problem with the obsession over the 3d but one night i just imagined and felt myself there and i repeated that for another night, then I just woke up the next morning in my DR. I hate it when people separate shifting and manifesting because it’s literally the same thing just different names 💀
@@iamhimman Pretty much! What I do is through out the day when I think about my DR, whether it’s a negative or positive thought, I just affirm “I’m in my desired reality” a few times and move on if that helps. It’s kind of like a reminder that i’m already there and i don’t need to worry about

this was eye-opening, but still, i feel scared that the 3d won't shift in time. i am not in a stable and safe environment at the moment, and shifting is my only hope. i persist and affirm a lot throughout the day, and still to no avail. i know it does not matter, but i just can't help it. edit: i recently learned a bit about loa, the law of assumption, and it has really helped a lot. it might not be your cup of tea, but i definitely suggest reading about it online.

As soon as you become aware of yourself in your dr, it is done. Manifestation / shifting (which is a part of manifestation) is all about knowing - know that you will make it out in time and that is all. xx
something that may help your mindset: you shift constantly. manifestation is a form of shifting. when you desire something and manifest for it, it already exists in other realities. when your manifestation comes true, you have shifted to a reality where that thing exists. i hope this helps you, as its helped me and my mindset a lot! if you still struggle with your mindset, i would definitely reprogram your mind (reya singh's method) to first believe in manifestation if you dont already or if your belief is weak. best of luck to you 🤍 (this was kinda said in the video but i typed this out before i watched it lmao sorry)

this is sooo true. i love the way you worded it since i have been struggling with understanding this. and to me, shifting to a certain reality isn't about feeling your surroundings and all, sure it helps, but if we think about it when i am in my cr i am not focused on my surroundings like what my bedsheets feel like. instead, i have a belief that i am here, i am who i am in this reality and that is what grounds me here. so shifting realities isn't travelling to a different reality, it is about embodying that version of yourself who is in your dr since it is within you, then the 3d adapts. it all happens within then gets reflected outwardly, and we shouldn't let the 3d have control. :) i am not sure if the way i explained is confusing honestly... but i hope this helps some people who come across :)

Uh hey I'm back, AND I HAVE THE PERFECT ANALOGY. I watched a video about quantum jumping where the person said you need to take inspired action and you don't just wake up in a different country one day but I'm a person that believes in NO limitations. Okay, imagine you're sleeping in your bed on Christmas eve, the next day you wake up to a xmas tree, gifts, cookies and milk what not! But last night you didn't go to sleep with all that done. Or imagine your friends throwing you a surprise birthday party, did you have to take some sort of action to tell then to throw you a party? They just did. I explained it to the best of my ability guys
Tbh I've been trying to get back into shifting after drifting away from the community-and admittedly not keeping up to speed with current information like the 3D not being relevant. I haven't heard it explained a lot so when I kept hearing it I was confused on what it actually meant. But this video and your example really helped me realize and understand it! It was succinct enough for me to get it but not form any doubts, plus super informative that it managed to click in my head rather than super spiritual language. I find myself less resisting to my affirmations & visualization when I trust my imagination MORE! I'm already feeling symptoms???? Even though I told myself not to rely on them. They just happen! It's always cool when I see, feel symptoms in the 3D because they help me believe more. ^__^ ✨
@@minsje there seems to be a discussion of it but not really an answer to it. Some say it's the time it takes to shift you to that reality where your assumption is real, some say it's based on how fast your subconscious mind believesbin your assumptions, some say it's based on what you assume if it takes longer or shorter etc. I would say it's up for interpretation

@@aleksandersayko5435 You don't ignore the 3D. You become unbothered by it because you know that what you're seeing is just your past assumptions not your new current assumption. In imagination you have your desire where it matters. Look within. If what you're seeing in the 3D is not the same as your inner reality it simply means the 3D haven't caught up yet. It does not mean you're not already rich and live in your own home. The 3D doesn't show you who you are, you show yourself who you are within

I would say read about success stories from the manifestation community. It shows a lot that manifestations/ shifting takes time to conform in the 3D. I read a ton of manifestors that read neville goddard. I would highly suggest just reading things from the neville goddard subreddit. I do it all the time and always gain new knowledge and a new perspective. I have also done a lot of manifestation before so I also know from experience. I would also suggest doing it yourself, prove to yourself

The point of methods is to get you to the state where you know you have what you want in your imagination in this case being in your dr. Know that in imagination you really are in your dr and see it as the real reality. See it as your truth

@@bigthink7963 how you would any other manifestation. You don't forcefully think of your dr all the time just do it whenever it shows up. You just need to KNOW that WITHIN you're in your dr and imagine within. When you're not doing that you're just doing whatever in your cr that you normally do

But please say “Desired reality” & “Current Reality” How can people learn if y’all abbreviate it 😂 Imagine abbreviating “Imagination” in my I, I was in my dr and i left my dr to my cr from my I 😂😂 No one will want to watch (I manifest what I want all the time but I just don’t have words for it, but this abbreviation situation is making it harder for others to even try to understand ) What I do know is that we are constantly shifting, every time we make a decision or tell ourselves something is going to happen, when we can visualize without even trying it’s already on its way. I said to my friend once on our way to a concert that we were going to have food with a kpop idol after the concert… as a joke, and 2 hours after the concert, we went to go eat & he showed up where we went to eat😂 2 hours away by train from where the concert was .. and he came over to us & when I tell you my friend freaked out because she remembered the joke I made, she thought I was crazy but I told her I could make it happen😅 she didn’t want to believe me. But it happened and we just hung out till the Sun up with him.. nothing out of the ordinary lol he was very cool and chill . I had to go to work and we all went our separate ways after. And this is just one of the things I made happen that really shocked me because I remember saying, “ok which member actually speaks English, this has more of a possibility of happening because they are in our city so let’s strat from there.” And with that I then called my friend and said it on call with another friend next to me, I said , we are friends he’s gonna meet us after😅 I didn’t say it like a joke, I believed it lol and after I hung up the call I laughed about it after. But when it actually happened we went to the restroom at the restaurant and fell on the floor, we got out and talked with him, he actually came to speak to us, and we ate our food, at some point I said let’s leave I don’t want to bother him and it’s late, so we went outside and 5 minutes later he came outside to find us😂 which was even crazier, that when we hung out longer outside the place and nobody noticed him, we were in a area where there are a lot of people that could know who he is but it was just us and him. I didn’t know much at the time about manifesting or shifting to a timeline where these things could actually happen, but it did and I learned a whole lot more after that. So I have stories for days😂 If anyone knows kpop and wants to know who I met just ask lol

Hii so what if you can't visualize? I can visualize, but for whatever reason my brain changes things in my imagination. So like, I might be trying to visualize being at one end of a room, but my brain will put my in a totally different spot and I can't seem to fix this. Any advice on how to fix this? thanks so much :)
@@mindofv7639 so it seems you are able to visualize? I if you've been practicing visualizing for a while and there's no progress I'm not sure I'm able to help. Of course at times when I'm distracted I may imagine different things than what I was initally going for so I would say maybe work on focus more. Doing more meditations or calming exercises or even using any sort of brown noise or ambience that may help more with focus. Also visualizing is not needed if you cannot visualize at all. Visualizing is just one of many techniques

I have a question and I really hope someone can answer it. I am in my dr in the 4D of course, however I have a business to run in the 3D. I'm not sure if I can just go about my day, planning for the 3D or like not care at all about the 3D and not plan shit knowing that I'm in my dr in the 4D. I think this is a bit confusing. What I'm trying to say is when I plan for the 3D, let's say I have to post this and that and this post doesn't do good and I have to do this and what not, it takes me away from being in the 4D in my mind. So Is it enough to just decide that I am in my dr in the 4D and plan naturally my 3D life? or not?
@@beautifuljaa7733 You do whatever you would do in the 3D. Being in your dr in the 4D does not go away because you do something in the 3D. Knowing you're in your dr within does not go away just because you do things in the 3D that isn't about your dr. You're not supposed to ignore the 3D, just be unbothered by it IF you at some point receive resistance
I shift like all the time, but my 3d reality never changes because for some reason, my brain always just stops believing I’m there and telling me I’m back to OR. Even when I reassure myself I’m not, it doesn’t change the feeling of shifting back. Any tips for that?
Your conscious mind feels safer, and like you're protected, in the perceived reality it's used to (even though continuity of reality is an illusion, your conscious mind believes its current assumptions are a safe place to be contiguously). Perhaps lean into affirming and scripting and feeling how safe and secure you are in your dr?

@@S.zxcp4 you're not supposed to make the 3D do anything. You would literally not care about the 3D if you were already fullfilled within. You can start assuming that you're a master shifter perhaps and you shift easily

If I for some reason have a thought "I wish I was in my dr" just as an example I would just simply stop myself and remind myself that "no don't think that you're already in your dr remember?". So I just really say what comes to mind and I also suggest not following so much others affirmations as the best affirmations are the ones that feel the most natural for you to affirm on your own rather than following a set affirmations that someone else uses daily. your shifting journey is very personal to each shifter so even affirming can be personal. Everyone's gonna feel differently about different affirmations. I don't like affirmations such as "I am prosperity and I have an abundance of shifting realities " I would much rather just affirm " with shifting realities everything always comes easy to me / works out for me" . I know the first affirmation didn't really make much sense lol I've never heard anyone say exactly that but you hopefully get the point. It would feel more normal for me to affirm what I will do during the day in my dr rarher than affirming I am in my dr and for someone else it may be the opposite :)

@@calistoocat In the shifting community it is well known what they mean aswell as OR and WR. It did take me a moment in the beginning to find out what they meant aswell but I'm so used to using them now. Also the reason I rarely write them out in full is because I post many tiktok videos with long texts so I use dr and cr as it shortens the text a lot more

I always come back to this video as a reminder whenever I'm TRYING to shift! Instead of already being there. Which I gotta say, my ego is resisting like "no you're not. 😒 We need to DO something to get there." Uh hey I'm back, AND I HAVE THE PERFECT ANALOGY. I watched a video about quantum jumping where the person said you need to take inspired action and you don't just wake up in a different country one day but I'm a person that believes in NO limitations. Okay, imagine you're sleeping in your bed on Christmas eve, the next day you wake up to a xmas tree, gifts, cookies and milk what not! But last night you didn't go to sleep with all that done. Or imagine your friends throwing you a surprise birthday party, did you have to take some sort of action to tell then to throw you a party? They just did. I explained it to the best of my ability guys
Tbh I've been trying to get back into shifting after drifting away from the community-and admittedly not keeping up to speed with current information like the 3D not being relevant. I haven't heard it explained a lot so when I kept hearing it I was confused on what it actually meant. But this video and your example really helped me realize and understand it! It was succinct enough for me to get it but not form any doubts, plus super informative that it managed to click in my head rather than super spiritual language. Just simple, pure shifting encouragement.

I find myself less resisting to my affirmations & visualization when I trust my imagination MORE! I'm already feeling symptoms???? Even though I told myself not to rely on them. They just happen! It's always cool when I see, feel symptoms in the 3D because they help me believe more. ^__^ ✨

hi! this provides a lot of motivation and shows that a shift can happen at any time, but why exactly does the 3D not always shift instantaneously?
@@minsje there seems to be a discussion of it but not really an answer to it. Some say it's the time it takes to shift you to that reality where your assumption is real, some say it's based on how fast your subconscious mind believesbin your assumptions, some say it's based on what you assume if it takes longer or shorter etc. I would say it's up for interpretation

@@aleksandersayko5435 You don't ignore the 3D. You become unbothered by it because you know that what you're seeing is just your past assumptions not your new current assumption. In imagination you have your desire where it matters. Look within. If what you're seeing in the 3D is not the same as your inner reality it simply means the 3D haven't caught up yet. It does not mean you're not already rich and live in your own home. The 3D doesn't show you who you are, you show yourself who you are within

I would say read about success stories from the manifestation community. It shows a lot that manifestations/ shifting takes time to conform in the 3D. I read a ton of manifestors that read neville goddard. I would highly suggest just reading things from the neville goddard subreddit. I do it all the time and always gain new knowledge and a new perspective. I have also done a lot of manifestation before so I also know from experience. I would also suggest doing it yourself, prove to yourself

@@oovoojaver9536 just be in your dr in imagination. Feel it real in just the imagination. The point of methods is to get you to the state where you know you have what you want in your imagination in this case being in your dr. Know that in imagination you really are in your dr and see it as the real reality. See it as your truth

@@bigthink7963 how you would any other manifestation. You don't forcefully think of your dr all the time just do it whenever it shows up. You just need to KNOW that WITHIN you're in your dr and imagine within. When you're not doing that you're just doing whatever in your cr that you normally do

Imagine abbreviating “Imagination” in my I, I was in my dr and i left my dr to my cr from my I 😂😂

(I manifest what I want all the time but I just don’t have words for it, but this abbreviation situation is making it harder for others to even try to understand )
What I do know is that we are constantly shifting, every time we make a decision or tell ourselves something is going to happen, when we can visualize without even trying it’s already on its way.
I said to my friend once on our way to a concert that we were going to have food with a kpop idol after the concert… as a joke, and 2 hours after the concert, we went to go eat & he showed up where we went to eat😂
2 hours away by train from where the concert was .. and he came over to us & when I tell you my friend freaked out because she remembered the joke I made, she thought I was crazy but I told her I could make it happen😅 she didn’t want to believe me.
But it happened and we just hung out till the Sun up with him.. nothing out of the ordinary lol he was very cool and chill . I had to go to work and we all went our separate ways after.
And this is just one of the things I made happen that really shocked me because I remember saying, “ok which member actually speaks English, this has more of a possibility of happening because they are in our city so let’s strat from there.”
And with that I then called my friend and said it on call with another friend next to me, I said , we are friends he’s gonna meet us after😅 I didn’t say it like a joke, I believed it lol and after I hung up the call I laughed about it after. But when it actually happened we went to the restroom at the restaurant and fell on the floor, we got out and talked with him, he actually came to speak to us, and we ate our food, at some point I said let’s leave I don’t want to bother him and it’s late, so we went outside and 5 minutes later he came outside to find us😂 which was even crazier, that when we hung out longer outside the place and nobody noticed him, we were in a area where there are a lot of people that could know who he is but it was just us and him.
I didn’t know much at the time about manifesting or shifting to a timeline where these things could actually happen, but it did and I learned a whole lot more after that. So I have stories for days😂

@@elisabeth4094 When being fullfilled you persist in that. You don't stop being, if you stop being in the state of the wish fullfilled then you're going back to the old state

Hii so what if you can't visualize? I can visualize, but for whatever reason my brain changes things in my imagination. So like, I might be trying to visualize being at one end of a room, but my brain will put my in a totally different spot and I can't seem to fix this. Any advice on how to fix this? thanks so much :)
@@mindofv7639 so it seems you are able to visualize? I if you've been practicing visualizing for a while and there's no progress I'm not sure I'm able to help. Of course at times when I'm distracted I may imagine different things than what I was initally going for so I would say maybe work on focus more. Doing more meditations or calming exercises or even using any sort of brown noise or ambience that may help more with focus. Also visualizing is not needed if you cannot visualize at all. Visualizing is just one of many techniques

I have a question and I really hope someone can answer it. I am in my dr in the 4D of course, however I have a business to run in the 3D. I'm not sure if I can just go about my day, planning for the 3D or like not care at all about the 3D and not plan shit knowing that I'm in my dr in the 4D. I think this is a bit confusing. What I'm trying to say is when I plan for the 3D, let's say I have to post this and that and this post doesn't do good and I have to do this and what not, it takes me away from being in the 4D in my mind.
So Is it enough to just decide that I am in my dr in the 4D and plan naturally my 3D life? or not?
@@beautifuljaa7733 You do whatever you would do in the 3D. Being in your dr in the 4D does not go away because you do something in the 3D. Knowing you're in your dr within does not go away just because you do things in the 3D that isn't about your dr. You're not supposed to ignore the 3D, just be unbothered by it IF you at some point receive resistance
I shift like all the time, but my 3d reality never changes because for some reason, my brain always just stops believing I’m there and telling me I’m back to OR. Even when I reassure myself I’m not, it doesn’t change the feeling of shifting back. Any tips for that?
Your conscious mind feels safer, and like you're protected, in the perceived reality it's used to (even though continuity of reality is an illusion, your conscious mind believes its current assumptions are a safe place to be contiguously). Perhaps lean into affirming and scripting and feeling how safe and secure you are in your dr?

@@S.zxcp4 you're not supposed to make the 3D do anything. You would literally not care about the 3D if you were already fullfilled within. You can start assuming that you're a master shifter perhaps and you shift easily

@@filippahavnmuller7365 That entirely depends on what I'm thinking about. If I for some reason have a thought "I wish I was in my dr" just as an example I would just simply stop myself and remind myself that "no don't think that you're already in your dr remember?".
So I just really say what comes to mind and I also suggest not following so much others affirmations as the best affirmations are the ones that feel the most natural for you to affirm on your own rather than following a set affirmations that someone else uses daily. your shifting journey is very personal to each shifter so even affirming can be personal.
Everyone's gonna feel differently about different affirmations. I don't like affirmations such as "I am prosperity and I have an abundance of shifting realities " I would much rather just affirm " with shifting realities everything always comes easy to me / works out for me" . I know the first affirmation didn't really make much sense lol I've never heard anyone say exactly that but you hopefully get the point. It would feel more normal for me to affirm what I will do during the day in my dr rarher than affirming I am in my dr and for someone else it may be the opposite :)

@@calistoocat In the shifting community it is well known what they mean aswell as OR and WR. It did take me a moment in the beginning to find out what they meant aswell but I'm so used to using them now. Also the reason I rarely write them out in full is because I post many tiktok videos with long texts so I use dr and cr as it shortens the text a lot more
