1:04:10 The realest statement ever. Skateboarding culture is so influential. As a skateboarder since the late 90's I'm glad to hear Jerma recognizing it and actually knowing a bit about it. These games really brought skateboarding to another level.

@@yodihoo Sorry, man, but it’s not real. The pull of Earth’s gravity isn’t that slow that kind of arch is impossible at such low speeds, among other things. The whole “Girl” video featured edits like that, so it’s not hard to imagine that something that ridiculous is also a work of editing.
Also, what is it with people hurling unnecessary insults at those they disagree with? Insulting someone doesn’t change minds, even if your point is valid (the Boomerang Effect), and it makes you look especially ridiculous if your claim/counterclaim is wrong.
NPCs ask him if he can hit a stunt, but the only thing he keeps hitting are his ankles... and knees... and his head... and random pedestrians...
Very thankful for this edit, and also proud that it was nominated for Stream Of The Year. Underground is one of my favorite games of all time, it's tons of fun, the story is great (Eric Sparrow is the villain to end all villains), it's got my favorite band in it (Clutch), there's so much to love!
Let us hope and pray that the success of Birdman's Return opens up the door to more loving remasters...

Also can I just say the music in this game was god like, and it's what drew me into getting this game when I was younger because I was a huge 90s junkie back in the day hip hop and alternate punk rock was my bread and butter.
Everyonce in awhile you'll hear Jerma talk about Daria or start singing along to a punk song or some shit and you'll realize Jerma really is just a cool ass goofy dude that happens to be put in front of a camera to vibe with.
Jerma's constant "No, you can't do that" followed quickly by "Oh my god, why can you do this!" gets me every time.
I Remember playing this when I was very young and the power line shimmy awakened something visceral inside me.
