Oh Em, Same. Did 3 months vegan ... and felt SO ill x
My Ferritin level was 12!! I got it up to 27 in a month after my Hubby juiced pineapples, beetroots, apples, and kale for me every day. I dont eat meat. That helped me no end. Also iron from BS supps online. Clean vits. 100% Lotsa love 💘xxxx

Em to say the straight hair looked grt is an understatement. Your hair has thickened this year definitely. Thyroid, hormones & iron have a major ompact on your hair. The hairs look fabb really!

I feel like this video has given me permission to wash my hair more. My hair gets greasy the day after washing and it drives me insane. I’ve washed it 2 days in a row in the past and it’s made it even greasier but that was when I was a teenager so I might try again. Also, feel your pain about fine hair!
We were always told that we shouldn’t wash the natural oils out so I also have felt the same but yeh washing it all the time is apparently better!!!
Yes please a video about lifestyle changes would be amazing. And also about motivation tips - you exercise so much!

Unicorn 🦄 Well done for managing your health Em. Try not to push yourself too hard. I really resonated with this vlog, even though I am old enough to be your mother (53). I have been fit most of my life, with good skin, nails and fine thick hair. However, in the last ten years to avoid some genetic diseases in my family I have had prophylactic surgeries, because I didn't want to burden my family and have them experience some of the scarier situations of my childhood, with grandparents and parents being sick. Even though I have prepared myself with counselling and a lot of planning with specialists the impact to me is considerable, even if it wasn't to my family. Be kind to your body, I know you love it like I love mine for getting through and making me proud.

Em, you're looking amazing! Would love a video on your lifestyle changes because you got fit so fast. Also, I know it's personal but when you're ready to share about your eye...seems like it happened right after vacation? A friend of mine son's lost his peripheral vision recently......it was a retina thing and he had to go for immediate surgery. The doctors managed to fix it.
Hey! Thank you so much! Just to caveat I’ve always been super active / fit, it isn’t a new thing I just don’t show my body on social media really haha! But I’ve been working out since I was a child as I used to do athletics for Yorkshire so I’ve always maintained working out 4x per week for over ten years I’d say!! Definitely made some diet changes though which have given me more energy etc!!! Definitely need to share more about it (and about my eye!) xxx

Unicorn 🦄 great video, my hair wasn't growing due to lack of biotin iron and my thyroid once I was able to get those under control my haor has started to grow and not snap and is filling out less frizzy has a great shine so amazing if they can help too with getting you to your own hair goal (looks great as it is) we don't have H&B in canada so jealous of all the goodies 🎉

Defo get your iron ferritin panel checked. Optimal is 100 or more and I think most women are well below this. Also b12 is usually low if iron ferritin is low. 🌷❤️
