Was he diagnosed with dementia by a doctor ? Or was it wernicke encephalopathy which is associated with alcohol use? Wernicke gets better when its onset is early and alcohol use is stopped. I ask this because dementia is typically not reversible .

This is why the government puts the responsibility on financial institutions to report any types of transactions not considered normal for that account or odd behavior from someone who is influencing the account holder. A bank can be fined for not reporting such issues and then it is up to the authorities to handle things.
When I worked in SNFs, many elders with dementia were financially exploited by family members. I saw it.. unfortunately, it's a hard issue to fight when you are not the patient being exploited. At least Wells Fargo seems like they tried to protect her. They likely didn't know the guardian would take advantage of her.

I worked in banking for over 15 years, particularly dealing with wealth clients, high net worth individuals. When I tell you that we had some VERY wild circumstances over the years & have NEVER seen a bank take on a matter like this. I would have clients who were in ridiculously dangerous situations. Clients who had people around them who were taking extreme advantage of them & I could prove it. The position was always to remain impartial. We only had guardianship in matters where they court decided it was necessary & appointed us - never pursued. It's too much risk & liability. We would never have guardianship if there was ANY family connection present.
Isolation takes you down fast. This is truly horrific. What I realize is she has no protection. Bruce Willis is suffering from this illness but no one is propping him up showing him at his absolute worst.

This is SAD. I deal with serious chronic health issues due to spinal injury and FAMILY support needs to be there - people just respond better when people that they love and that love them are active in their care. I hope her wonderful son gets to be her main caretaker. He got great results with a healthy diet,love and attention to her care. It was explained in the video. She had to respond to the petition for guardianship that was filed on her by the bank in New York. If she didn't show up for court, they would have filed a default judgment and likely put an APB out on her son and had him arrested for kidnapping. This situation really goes deep.

I'm telling you right now that someone is benefitting from Wendy being secluded from her family and not being well. I'm seriously side eyeing that guardian!!! Wendy was looking good and getting better when she was with her son. This is so wrong! I wouldn't want my worst ememy to be treated like this. The guardian tried to stop the Lifetime documentary at the last moment. Yeah, they need to get rid of her and change the judge who's overseeing Wendy's case!!!

I worked in banking for over 15 years, particularly dealing with wealth clients, high net worth individuals. When I tell you that we had some VERY wild circumstances over the years & have NEVER seen a bank take on a matter like this. I would have clients who were in ridiculously dangerous situations. Clients who had people around them who were taking extreme advantage of them & I could prove it. The position was always to remain impartial. We only had guardianship in matters where they court decided it was necessary & appointed us - never pursued. It's too much risk & liability. We would never have guardianship if there was ANY family connection present.
Isolation takes you down fast. This is truly horrific.
What I realize is she has no protection. Bruce Willis is suffering from this illness but no one is propping him up showing him at his absolute worst.
Bruce Willis is doing much better than Wendy because he has the love and care of his family to thrive in. They’re purposely isolating Wendy so that she doesn’t thrive and get better. I think they want to use her and not let her get better so that they have a reason to keep this mess ongoing. This whole situation, including Wells Fargo, needs to be seriously investigated.💯

What is happening is we are losing Wendy in a progressive but slow manner. She will forget those she has loved and it be will be sad when that day arrives. She will lose mobility and speech lost appetite etc. Eventually. But for now she needs the love and support of her son and family.

I deal with serious chronic health issues due to spinal injury and FAMILY support needs to be there - people just respond better when people that they love and that love them are active in their care. I hope her wonderful son gets to be her main caretaker. He got great results with a healthy diet,love and attention to her care. This story continues to take a bizarre turn. I hate to even say what I have been thinking. Somebody/bodies do not want Wendy to get better. It seems as though as long as they could blame her behavior on alcohol, they could blame her for her situation. Ever since Wells Fargo took control of her money, her life has been in shambles. Somebody wants to see her suffer and completely broke. These court-appointed guardians take over your life and all hell break loose. I pray that whoever is behind this sick plot is exposed. As someone who use to work for Wells Fargo as a personal banker it’s alarming to see them file for guardianship. The ish I seen them doing behind the scenes in this bank when it came to everyday folks account I can only imagine what they doing to her account. There’s a reason they stay getting hit with huge fines. They are as crooked as they come. Her family need to fight harder & ring whatever bells they need to. It was explained in the video. She had to respond to the petition for guardianship that was filed on her by the bank in New York.
If she didn't show up for court, they would have filed a default judgment and likely put an APB out on her son and had him arrested for kidnapping. This situation really goes deep.

How did she decline so rapidly? Because she is surrounded by people that passively encourages her addictions while pretending to be concerned. They do so for absolute financial gain.
