It’s about a professional guardian and how she was stealing from her wards, selling their property and even placing them in nursing homes or mental institutions. It’s a dramatization but I work in the medical field and I have personally witnessed this behavior. Sadly, if the predator has the complexion for protection and the victim does not no one listens. I was personally told by one such predator when a ward was asking for warm shoes during the winter “ she likes to spend on frivolous things” and at another time when the victim mentioned something she would really like to have, in her 80’s, the predator said she was “saving for a rainy day.” I said mam this lady is 80 something years old, immobile, ill, and on hospice…it is definitely raining. Shit still makes me mad!
