Literally looked up "quail eggs" after hearing Tom Segura saying he likes them on Joe Rogan's latest podcast, only to see this video and comment. Talk about weird.

I recently got a few Japanese quail hens for fresh eggs. Fried some up this morning for the first time, absolutely delicious! :) Was going to wait until the egg scissors I ordered had arrived but I'm too impatient. managed to crack open all 4 without breaking the yolk. I just give them a little tap on the edge of a glass then peel the shell and membrane off carefully.

Looks yummy ! I get about 8 dozen eggs from my Coturnix quail every day, but have never fried and eaten them that way. Will definitely give this a try. I have heard they are very tasty when fried, and supposedly better for you than chicken eggs. The eggs are also very good when pickled.

Where do you get them ? Is it worth it ? No sort of education going on at all. From Colorado
