The Estate Makati will be a 54-storey building standing 300 meters (980 ft) tall making it among the tallest buildings in the Philippines and the tallest along Ayala Avenue. It will be built on top of a 3,500 square meters (38,000 sq ft) lot at Apartment Ridge. British architectural firm Foster + Partners was involvedwhich designed The Estate as a cross-shaped building to reduce adverse sunlight exposure to occupants.
Park Central towers is an iconic two tower ultra luxury residential towers rising at the intersection of paseo de Roxas and Makati avenue.
Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), the largest full-line real estate developer in the Philippines, has completed its tallest building in its portfolio to date-the South Tower of Park Central Towers in Makati City.
Developed under the Ayala Land Premier (ALP) brand, the tower rises to a total of 248 meters, with 69 low-density levels housing 281 ultra-luxury residential units ranging in size up to approximately 1,354 square meters.
The two towers in the master plan of the luxury high-rise development on 1.6 hectares of land at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, across Ayala Triangle Gardens.
The twin-tower complex boasts of a distinctive, modern design by Singapore-based boutique luxury design group SCDA Design by Soo Chan, in collaboration with renowned Filipino architectural firm Leandro V. Locsin Partners.
The new bpi tower a new iconic building that will rise on the corners of Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas, and Dela Rosa Street, the mixed-use property will have a 45-storey tower which will house BPI’s headquarters and main branch.
The building will have an energy-saving glass facade.
Bank of the Philippine islands or BPI is building its new headquarters into a bigger, better, more sustainable, and inclusive building to become the undisputed banking leader that is responsible and sustainable at the same time.
This new P13.6-billion headquarters set to be built in compliance with sustainable and environmental-friendly standards.
The 45-storey building to be built in Makati City is set to be completed by 2029 and will house not just the headquarters of BPI also commercial spaces will be leased.

For me mas gusto ko mga buildings sa Makati compared to BGC, mixed with old and modern, mas may personality, mas may color and di magka-kamukha. And also marami kang sisilungan sa makati kapag umuulan o tirik ang araw, mas mapuno. Sa BGC kasi open na open pero mas modernized lang talaga.

Kapag nasa 500 mts na sya Super megatall na sya. Yung BPI ay 220 mts lang @ 45 stories ...considered lang po sya as skyscraper🤣 yung Federal land sa BGC ang kaisa-isang Supertall ng pinas @ 318 meters kasama na yung tower(pin) nya🤣 yung The Estate Makati ay 276meters lang sya. Maaaring jan nga sa mga underpass sana ung ung station ng MRT 3 spur line. If nakasakay ka ng MRT from Buendia to Ayala, may madadaanan kang parang tunnel na papaliko papuntang Makati CBD. Un sana ung spur line ng MRT 3, pero hindi nga natuloy.
Dapat sa Ayala avenue hindi MRT dapat monorail katulad sa Seattle washington
yung mga property tax and income tax revenue nakukuha diyan sana gamiten para paayos yung labas ng CBD, kagaya ng Poblacion napakadumi bako bako at durog durog sidewalks. yung mga slums ng makati rehab ng mayor.
Sana pagandahin din ang mga underspasses sa buong metro manila.
noong 80's bago pa ginawa ang MRT3 naka plano na ung LRT Line 5 na underground mula ayala ave papuntang gil puyat LRT1 kaya nag undergound ung MRT3 bandang ayala. kaso ung Line 5 ay ginawang makati subway at binago na ang routa dahil sa BGC.
