😊😊 that's the 1ST motor grader IVE seen like that most were pull behind and they pulled them w a steam engine tractor 🚜 or w a bulldozer 2 grade driveways and roads 😊😊 OMG 11 5 2O24
5:36 question: what's the tank hanging on the side of this engine? It looks like an expansion tank but I haven't the slightest on its purpose, is that holding water for cooling? Or something entirely different? I've not seen something like that going on before. Interesting stuff
@WillSmithHitandMiss yeah welding onto the thinner metal and then being subject to so much motion/vibration, and even a bit of the weight probably sloshing, that makes sense. But I'm not knocking it, by any means, though. It was there and running, and I'll take that over the alternative any day! I have to thank you for the documentation of these shows you do. We don't have anything like this in my area. So I get to see so much more through your posts than I ever would locally!
@goosenotmaverick1156 Thank you for watching, and that was Tims fast fix last minute for the show. He has a cooling tank abd think he is going to plump it up like mine is done. Have you seen my witte Diesel?
Wow 😱 that grader is different 6:52 😎
Thank you for the visit !

You are correct, That was a temporary cooling tank that Tim made but the welds broke on it.
