Real World Railroads would not go up and over a small bump of a "hill" (at around timestamp 52:00) there would be a cut through the rise to avoid the slight change in elevation. What is missing in Railroads Online is the ability to modify terrain. Granted, Railroads Online is just a game, which explains all the non-prototypical elements in the game. That said, Railroads Online, despite all the constraints and shortcomings, is still fun. The graphics and scenery and Locomotives and Rolling Stock are beautiful. As is this video. Thank you.
I find the plantation cars a bit too touchy when trying to load them at the Lumber Camp. I always delete them and replace them with the full-sized ones. The time and effort saved loading full-sized Log Cars makes them well worth the difference between loads.
Doesn't the small trees that are OK today mature to full-size trees and possibility cause issues later? Expessially under bridges? It's been a while since I've played, but I have that lingering thought.
Brilliant tutorial. Got me going a treat. Thank very much Desert Charley!

great guy. This deserves a like
I didn't know I needed a train game.
I was really hoping that this game would support VR at some point, but still and interesting experience if you're a rail fan of some kind.

They are indeed a pain.

Well... lucky for us, the trees don't grow in Railroads Online, but,, yes, the railroads would cut those away from future growth.
How does one check how much money they have? Great video!
When you are in the 'walk around mode' pressing the 'P' key will bring up your status and bank account.
lol you gonna need to redo this tutorial since 1.0 came out
You are RIGHT! All those menus and the interface has changed so much.
Are you talking about real money here or virtual money?
In game money... but if you want me to build your railroad out I'm available for contracting. :)
