I heard of a fellow who made parts to do piano repair and restoration (sound board panels, keys, and hammer bodies?) work with something like this. He never lacked for work.
Muito bom seu trabalho foi uma ótima apresentação e muito boa à demonstração obrigado...eu não vi se tem alguma regulagem pra desengroçar e para plaina por espessura...mas muito útil mesmo sem está regulagem meus parabéns valeu
How do you ensure/verify that your convoying board is totally parallel to the drum to get an even thickness everywhere? And what the highest sanding thickness you can get throught this? 100mm?
I loved your work. I'll try to do it if you don't mind. Could you just better explain on the sanding belt tensioner starting at 4:21? What is the M6 screw for?
Beautiful thing and Good work, economical idea, and good for amateurs . Excuse me, may I have the power of the 2 dynamo, how many horsepower, how many kilowatts, and how fast is it? Thank you
Show me it working after 30 meters of wood . Will Never Last and you wasted an awful lot of time for this . Wood expands silly people . Use carbon steel if you want consistent boards
While i enjoy watching these builts, i cant see the reason to make one. It takes to much space and hard to store compared to a commercial model. Also less functionality and poor ergonomics. And i dont think i would save that much money. The motor is really expensive.
@@b3arwithm3 you just keep your eyes open and ask around. i have a number frpm people 's trash. sometimes old equipment auctions are a good source and often that stuff goes for scrap value. for half horse and under old scrap dryers and washers are often free.

No dust collection vacume system. You are insane.
Если учесть, что бесконечные ленты, тот еще геморой, каждая вторая склейка рвется при первом касании, то этот станок, как минимум четырежды геморой.
А не безконечная и не клеяная єто какая

can get used motors cheap or free. old buffer motors etc.
And tools with safety features like guards will keep you from getting sucked into them…so there’s that benefit too.
@@victorhopper6774 where?

@@victorhopper6774 I often see neighbors giving away old washers and dryers, but then We have to pay to trash the unit after taking the motor out.
